Rainy day in France but after a nice cuppa and a driver change we’re on our way!

Spirits are high on our #Ukraine bus today despite the weather!

It’s been a day of rain and traffic jams but we’ve kept ourselves busy, packed in a few good naps and now we’re about an hour away from Munich 🇩🇪

Not looking good now… just outside Munich 😬

After a day of rain we were treated to the most incredible sky and sunset at Bad Aibling (just past Munich) where we’ve been given a lovely welcome by Oli and Annie who are putting us up for the night 😍

And in their hallway is a painting of the Seven Sisters and Cuckmere Haven!

Some of the amazing views we had just past Munich yesterday evening - after a day of rain it was quite a treat! 🤩

Early start this morning, Laszlo’s son is playing football this afternoon in Hungary and we’re going to try to get there in time for it! ⚽️

Now at the Austrian border it’s time to queue up for a ticket for the motorway! Fortunately we have been granted an exemption from paying - thank you Austrian motorways 😀🙏

They don’t mess around in Austria! We stopped at the services to spend a penny and 30 seconds later the highway toll police turned up wondering why we didn’t have a ticket! We told them what we’re doing and showed them our exemption, and they smiled and said “Have a nice day”👮😀
