Russia media are also openly saying that Russia fights against the West, but try to turn the tables: «The West does not hide that it is at war with us. The West doesn't fight on its territory, nor with its own hands» @TextyOrgUa #GreyZone #AgainstRussianLies
Another example of RU anti-Western rhetoric: «The US pursues two major goals whilst instigating the Ukrainian crisis. They aim for the significant weakening of Russia, and if they succeed with this, they plan to destroy our statehood». @TextyOrgUa #GreyZone #AgainstRussianLies
Russians also complain that «Russian activities in Ukraine have revealed deeply-rooted, latent racism against people of Russian origin»… So there is nothing wrong with «Russian activities in Ukraine»? @TextyOrgUa #GreyZone #AgainstRussianLies

 We had already been on our way out of the city, and there was a multi-kilometre traffic jam to meet those who were going to clean and repair their homes. People were nervous, smoked, and listened to music.

we often hear initiatives to "reconcile" Ukrainians and Russians. Before you start thinking of such initiatives, it is important to remember a few things. Thread. O/5
1. It is not "Russians and Ukrainians killing each other". It is Russians killing Ukrainians on the Ukrainian land, and Ukrainians who heroically resist this criminal attempt to erase the Ukrainian nation 1/5
2. Russians shell Ukrainian civilians, rape Ukrainian women, kill Ukrainian children and destroy Ukrainian cities. Ukrainians didn't come to Russia to make crimes: Russia DID come to Ukraine to make crimes 2/5

Today my friend and I were walking along the Square in Lviv and a plane with a characteristic hum flew very low over us. At that moment, time seemed to stand still, because all the people froze in terror and didn't move for a few seconds. 1/6

When the plane flew by, we noticed a girl sitting under the wall of one of the establishments, covering her face with her hands. She was sobbing, her body was shaking. 2/6
I immediately realised that she was covered by a powerful panic attack, so I went to her, sat down next to her, began to hug and asked her to name the colours of my clothes. "You're all right, you're not dying, I'm here, so it'll be over soon," I told her. 3/6
