You’re going to look at posts with those hashtags, and go to those profiles
you’re looking for people that have a calendly link in their bio, this tells you they’re pushing their traffic to a sales call, hence, they could use a closer
There’s 3 ways really to approach them
1) the shotgun method
This is just point blank “hey John, I see you have a calendly link in your bio, are you looking for a commission only closer to enroll more people in your program?”
Pros: fast & easy outreach
Cons: little rapport built, more left on seens
2) befriend the person
Be genuinely interested in them, I had like a 10-20 min dm convo with this guy about sky diving, traveling, why we’re entrepreneurs, sports, etc
Eventually, he obviously asked what I did, and I explained
He asked ME to get on a call, because I had built so much rapport with him
I positioned myself as an expert by saying not only am I “closer” but I consult on sales systems as a whole, then, you stand out from every other “closer”
3) SEND THEM A CLIENT
This is how I got my first ever client with zero experience
He sold an Amazon FBA course and wanted me to prove I was good (fair enough)
So I went into an old reselling gc I was in and saw if anyone was interested in amazon fba
I generated and closed a lead on his program, and then he signed me on a 3 month retainer + commission deal
Say you’re trying to close for a marketing agency, you don’t even need to CLOSE a lead for them, but shoot them a referral and watch them give you a chance
I actually did this with @splashmanpb back in 2020
I’d send him tons of ecom brands that needed email marketing before we were even boys
This built our relationship and then he’d send me sales opps
Now for the other 2 methods
When you get to the part where they ask for your experience
Be TRANSPARENT: don’t say any of the “oh I have an NDA” bs
you can 100% land closing gigs with no experience
1) frame yourself as a closer + sales consultant (you must actually learn about sales system as well) and demonstrate your knowledge/value
Help them build better nurture flows, pre call sequences, etc.
Offer to call up old leads in their CRM and set your own appts
2) you can offer to do a trial, let me take calls for 1 week and if I don’t close any I’ll pay you $100 for wasting your time or whatever
3) once again, just send them a referral, and then see if they’re open to giving you an inbound position (pretty decent chance)
This is how you can get your first sales client with zero experience
Now go take action & get some experience so I can then throw you in Closify and good offers will actually be reaching out to you 🥂
And if you do already have experience selling online offers and you’re not already in Closify
Dm me “closer” and we’ll change that

One of my biggest takeaways in 2021 was there’s a huge lack of leaders
i had amazing leaders in 2021 and horrible leaders
Going to break down some of the differences I’ve noticed in good/bad leaders
\\mini thread//
Bad leaders
>> rely heavily on punishment for screwing up over rewarding for going above and beyond
>> criticize in public
>> broken promises
>> don’t lead by example
>> create excuses
Great leaders
>> reward and inspire you to go above and beyond
>> genuinely care about peoples well being
>> lead by example
>> reward in public, criticize in private
>> give tough love when needed
