That’s how I would determine real from fake, but it’s difficult to do so without extensive use of real Percocets/Roxicodone.

Fake ones look chalky and pressed. They don’t look nearly as “clean” as real pills. Similar to the Xanax bars, same deal.
If it’s off colored at all, likely fake. You can search up the pill color, shape, and etchings to see what a real one will look like then decide from there.

Not sure of validity of the phone light claim.
Still best to use fentanyl test strips than play with your life if you’re currently in active addiction or usage.
Likely valid if multiple users making this claim. Been out the game for years personally, so only know what from where I left off.

Best option is not using them at all, second best is fentanyl test strips.

Genetics play a small role, but people seriously underestimate environmental and social roles in longevity.

Could go into further detail, but original tweet is a bit vague. Could come down to where they are smoking/drinking, what context they’re doing it in, amounts, etc.
Comment mentioned stress, another major role. Genetics is likely 5-10% role comparatively.
Easy to dismiss with genetic role when you don’t understand mitochondrial genome.

It’s difficult to imagine how physiologically and psychologically SICK you have to be to hit a child. Doesn’t even cross my mind.

Yet many in my generation think there’s something wrong if you’re not physically reprimanding your child.

You’re the sick one.
Even having grown up with extreme physical abuse, never crosses my mind and never will.
There is always a better way, something I really respect about my wife. She never lays a hand on our daughter.

I grew up in a FAR different way and it’s so refreshing to see the cycle CAN be broken.

Starting a meat/organ/egg/seafood + shellfish-based ketogenic Epi-Paleo diet resolved paranoid schizophrenia, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, poly substance addiction, depression/anxiety, OCD, CPTSD, plus more for me.

Not sure if I’ve seen any papers in humans regarding ketosis/ketogenic diet and addiction, but I do believe it played a significant role in drug cessation and mitigation of withdrawal for me personally.
This is likely mediated by its influence on mitochondrial energy metabolism, Calcium-Glutamate (excitation)/GABA (inhibition) balance and modulation, and glucose-leptin/insulin regulation.
I had noted that I would often crave refined carbohydrates (sucrose in the form of sour candies) to “complete my high” during active addiction, and had extreme carbohydrate cravings during withdrawal. This was tied to my compulsions and cravings of drug of choice.
