Looks like some kind of air strike on an oil depot at Belgorod, Russia.

I'm drawing this theory from the fact the rockets seem to start from some cloud to the right. Also, the person filming knew to be outside recording, indicating they must have heard something going on.

Somewhat different.

The last 24 hours of Russian military and government flights as seen via @ADSBexchange.

Of note is the flight to Syria through Iranian & Iraqi airspace, as well as the EMERCOM flight to Armenia.

Going around Turkey to get to Syria isn't unheard of, FYI.
The long Iran/Iraq route was done by Russian Air Force flight RFF304, Tu-154M RA-85041 #154C31, in both directions.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) flight to Armenia was performed by SUM9623, πŸ‡·πŸ‡Ί Il-76TD RA-76429 #152A8D. Should still be there.

Maybe filming your naval ships unloading cargo with an exact location wasn't such a good idea, Russia.
