It’s been THREE weeks since D.C. homicide unit took possession of the bodies of five babies, found lacerated and killed outside an abortion clinic.

This story clearly shows why we need a total ban on abortion in our nation. Here’s a recap of the timeline & major events: 1/19

March 25 -A box of 115 children including 5 in later development were retrieved from a waste company by activists at the abortion facility.

Activists video documented the children & contacted @DCPoliceDept to have the bodies picked up so their deaths could be investigated 2/19

March 29 - Arrangements were made for the D.C. police homicide unit to pick up the bodies of the five oldest children for forensic examination.

Through counsel, the activists sent a letter to the Chief Medical Examiner and Police Captain requesting a full investigation 3/19

March 30 - Police arrived at the activist’s apartment where the babies they’d been previously informed about were located & extract the children.

The same day, 9 pro-life activists including Lauren Handy were indicted by the FBI on a charge completely unrelated to the five 4/19

Medical experts who examined footage of the children have said that among the five, some appear to have been old enough to survive outside the womb, at least one may have been victim of an illegal partial-birth abortion, and one may have been born alive and left to die. 6/19

This same day, @DCPoliceDept held a press conference, dismissing the possibility that these viable babies were killed illegally, despite no investigation or autopsies performed 7/19

April 5 - @PAAUNOW activists held a press conference, emphasizing the fact that they contacted police to retrieve the bodies. It was also discovered that Curtis Bay Energy burns medical waste for electricity for the Baltimore area. 8/19

@LiveActionNews also reported on April 5 that several medical experts noted their belief that the federally banned D&X partial-birth abortion procedure may have been used to kill at least one of the babies 10/19

April 7 - Activists gathered outside of Mayor Bowser’s office to demand an investigation into the children’s deaths 11/19

April 8 - 23 senators & 46 representatives sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, asking the @TheJusticeDept to investigate the babies’ deaths 12/19

Also on April 8, @MayorBowser responded flippantly to the letter Congress sent to her on April 5, ignoring their questions and instead saying she was investigating a pro-life activist rather than the deaths of these children potentially violating federal law 13/19

Until then, every state should take strong measures to protect the babies from the same procedures that potentially killed these 5 babies in Washington D.C. like Texas, Oklahoma, and Idaho 16/19

Idaho passed a law using private civil enforcement that has been upheld by the Supreme Court to protect life in the Gem state. 18/19

And of course, Texas set off this surge of life-saving law this past September when they passed a law protecting children once we can hear their heartbeat. That law has been in effect now for months, saving thousands of lives. 19/19
