Farmer @RepHawthorne thinks life begins when a MAN plants his SEED in her egg. Like a flag on Moon. If you plant any seed: ya can’t just plant it and ta-da: it’s alive! A tomato! A radish! A baby! For a human? In 24 weeks it will be LIFE! {AND, a CITIZEN—if BORN!

If a child, you might consider a man’s sperm and a woman’s egg within their own bodies also “babies.” But NO. Produce anyone of those outside the body before 24 weeks (sperm, egg, or, combo)? None of them will be a baby, Farmer @RepCawthorn . There is no “instant” baby mix.

Sure, could pick fertilized seeds out and put them in Petri dishes: with lots of science/attention: can replant: and, again, with a human, still NOT a baby for…24 weeks. And, by Constitutional Law, NOT a CITIZEN til birth. The WOMAN is the CITIZEN. SHE is BORN. @RepCawthorn

So, when a man plants his seed: is the egg now HIS? His PROPERTY? Where & when can a women give the man HIS egg? Wants to wait 24 (or more) weeks til SHE incubates it? Uh, there’ll be a HEFTY fee for THAT. THEN, where & when can she hand over HIS egg? Or, baby?

Constitutional question is: DOES A WOMAN (a FEMALE citizen) have the right to (life, Liberty) & PROPERTY? 14th Amendment? Does SHE own her eggs (& he his sperm) BEFORE fertilized? Seems so: each can lawfully sell these. Does SHE lose ownership of egg AFTER man plants seed?

Men who BUY the garden, I.e. marry the woman, clearly demonstrate their ownership interest. Joint ownership. Joint expenses. But, what if woman left alone? Does SHE own the egg: or does IT own her? Is the egg a CITIZEN with Constitutional right to PROPERTY? No. Not. Til. Birth.

THIS garden BELONGS to the woman. Any produce is HER responsibility. It IS HER egg, HER risk to life—HER risk to Liberty*—HER right of PROPERTY. Does the FEMALE CITIZEN have rights in the Constitution? SHE is NOT mentioned by name. *limited if bear children—lifetime care.

Babies are a blessing. But EGGS are NOT babies—any more than germinated seeds are tomatoes. There’s time to reverse course. Roe vs. Wade is reasonable: has limits & recognizes that Female citizens have EQUAL rights as males…to life, Liberty & PROPERTY per 14th Amendment.

The alternative? To decide female citizens DO NOT have equal rights—is untenable. To determine this issue in 1972 & to readdress it repeatedly thru history is untenable. NEED TO INCLUDE WORD WOMAN IN CONSTITUTION. Remove all doubt that the 14th Amendment DOES include women. #ERA
