Perfidious war propaganda!
As recently as March 30, the Telegram channel of Azov in Mariupol posted a photo purporting to prove how Russian forces were bombing hospitals and aid supplies.
Closer inspection shows that it is a logistics hall, on the roof of which was recently drawn a Red Cross. The open roof also shows that it is empty. At the time of the damage, apparently neither humanitarian supplies nor hospital equipment were housed there.
A surveillance video released yesterday shows how one of such white trucks caught fire and finally exploded in front of a similar logistics hall.
There is no need to explain that a reasonable suspicion of abuse extinguishes all protection of designated humanitarian institutions and endangers civilians.
By the way, the international rules that are violated here and that are cynically referred to in blaming war crimes on Russia are old and were not written by Russia.

A 2018 video by @MaxBlumenthal and red hot. He takes the American Foreign Policy Society to task for inviting the founder of two neo-Nazi parties to speak about Putin. The same answer you hear today ...
... to make the Nazi element seem impossible. But that answer is wrong in many ways. Of course, Parubiy was not in a Nazi prison, but he founded two neo-Nazi parties. So who is this man talking about instead of answering the question?
He talks about Bandera, the founder of the OUN and today's national hero. Bandera was an ardent "nationalist" and fully in line with the German Nazis. He had received the death penalty from the Poles before the war for the murder of a Polish politician.
Yesterday new videos and photos have been published showing the consequences of the explosion in the theater in Mariupol. This visual evidence seems questionable and partly surreal.
Adam Larson @CL4Syr already asked an apt question regarding the photo:
The first video shows a view from the south 3rd balcony into the destroyed auditorium. The stage would be at the right edge of the picture, where there is now apparently a deep crater, filled with the broken walls and parts of the roof structure.
Here is a more detailed description of the angle. Note the bright sunshine and that the sun shines from the right on the column profile above the former staircase (orange) of the 3rd balcony. So it is estimated to be between 10:00 and 11:00.
This video, circulated by the Mariupol city deputy and others, allegedly showing a Russian tank firing at a man at close range, is a fake.
Whether the immobile black line is a human being is questionable. Whether the tank is intact and Russian is equally questionable. The fact is that this tank does not move, nor does the shot emit any fire or smoke from the undetectable gun.
Last frame before impact vs. actual tank
In this frame you can see the round yellowish smoke/dust from an impact. The black thing (alleged man) is still standing/lying motionless.
The destruction of the theater in Mariupol is still a mystery. Compared with the hospital, there is practically no picture of the destruction. There is a photo from the north side and a photo from the south side. Together they show a 40x20 meter wide gab across the building.
There are also no casualty figures or photos of rescue operations so far. In the morning there was only a short message from a city deputy that the bunker remained undamaged and people are coming out.
A video from 3/11 shows people spread throughout the building. So there must have been survivors even in the undamaged parts of the building. No photo, no interview. Were the people warned and were they all in the bunker?
The OPCW has just released a new report regarding an alleged chlorine attack that is interesting in many ways. opcw.org/media-centre/n…
First, it provoked the gloating of various actors who apparently believe that this report removes any doubts about the Douma report and ergo that the whistleblowers are exactly the idiots they were made out to be by united press power. Is that so?
Background: On October 1, 2016, two chlorine bombs were allegedly thrown into a field by the Syrian Army, injuring close to twenty civilians.
These were the combined reports of the White Helmets and those doctors from Kafr Zita, which were then quoted by Bellingcat.
