In 2018 I was selling amethyst water bottles on Google Shopping making $29/each.

Fast forward and #crystalsoftiktok has 544.8M views, #crystals has 9.98 BILLION views.

Want in? Here's the product playbook 👇🏼
In 2018 I had a wellness blog focused on these products, but we stopped selling because the space was getting SUPER saturated and it just... didn't feel right.

But that was a google search based business only, and at the time the wellness space was a fraction of what it is today
Most importantly, what we did then didn't have TikTok. It's an organic sales and ad machine.

This space is still crowded, but you win with great content... and a great overseas supplier.
I'm going to break down a few crystal related products, but also just some great wellness niche tips that will be layups to create a winning product business.

And at the end, a link to the factory that can make it all happen.
Disclaimer first. You win in any wellness niche by being authentic.

You're not just popping some amethysts up and getting cash.

Your brand, and your content creators need to provide real value and stand behind your product, even if it's purely aesthetic.

Ideas below 👇🏽
Quartz Brushes:

Really any interesting look and feel, if you make sure the actual application portion is perfect is an interesting, high margin product. Apply the same logic to any tool (razor, even cosmetic packaging)
Candles:
This is a super plug... The factory I list below are real formulators who can make you unique candles in unique holders.

This is an amazing market since its a consumable product, and consumer's are always looking for new ones.
Crystal pens:

I don't like this particular look but the overall idea as a merch item or easy upsell for a business is low hanging fruit.
Crystal soaps:

This is a super unique, fun form factor, that's an easy win for product discovery or a gift.
This is the factory that does literally dozens of brands you know, you can compete with essentially any product in this category you've seen online by using them and formulating something unique.

I've got an eight item sample order coming from this factory, I will break down via video in my newsletter.

Make sure you're on the list if you're interested in this niche, I'm going to document the whole sampling process to subs.

This is the same factory from this thread I did last week.

Quick notes on what I'm doing
- ordering a variety of products to see quality
- picking every textile/finish to evaluate
- getting items as close to my final idea as possible

I'm going to build it so if you want to make a physical product and you're in my community you literally have access to anything I've ever sampled or am sampling, and you can just grab the contact from me and run with it.

Every link you see me post from I'm sampling out.

This week on Buyer's Corner, I'm walking through some of my favorite cannabis packaging, the immaculately creative directed FlowerShop*

This brand's look, feel and presentation in everything I've seen from them is unmatched.
Their instagram is a masterclass in cannabis brand presentation, their merchandise is super unique and fun. ImageImageImage
Their in-store activations are eye-catching, dynamic, photogenic, and thoughtfully present their products. ImageImage

If you’re on TikTok, you have seen these hair & desk organizers. They retail for $37, and have sold 10,000 units easy. They cost about $4 🤯

Add
- $5 shipping
- $2 packaging

That’s over $210k in profit.

Lemme show you how to source & launch your own Tik Tok product👇🏼 Image
First things first, here’s some serious alpha. I have a factory I’ve used on similar projects, thier minimum order quantity is usually about 600 pieces, and they’ll make a totally custom solution. Name at the end of the thread ;) Image
First thing to do is find a factory.

Use Alibaba, search for vendors with
- Fast response time
- High on-time delivery
- Hundreds of thousands in transactions
- An inspection from Alibaba

That's going to ensure you have someone legit. Image

It's a golden age for selling your own products.

The Good, Better, Best framework helps you price and position to win 👇🏼
Have ever been to a Best Buy and noticed they always seem to have three of something in every category?

This is part of their retail mix strategy— picking products to sell to appeal to a range of consumers. Image
Understanding why retailers price this way and what consumers buy what category is crucial for your business.

Good, better, best is exactly what it sounds like.

Any scaling business that's not running a S&OP (Sales and Ops Planning) process is leaving money and efficiency on the table 👇
You would be surprised how many business run without real planning. Many can survive but will inevitably be plagued by

- overstock and out of stock
- the never-ending feeling of chaos
- unpredictable revenue
- sales goals that aren't logistically possible
These things kill morale, hurt efficiency, and make running a business harder than it already is. The S&OP process helps.

This is true for both big and small businesses, I've run this with $30k/m businesses and $5m/m businesses alike.
