Aesop's Taxonomy of Design is excellent luxury content marketing
They showcase every material used in each of their retail stores--textiles, stone, hardware.
I've used it professionally for interiors + point of sale & personally for our home
Amazing branding for craftsmanship.
I like initiatives like this that are a little off from the regular brand, but probably something that the designers are archiving and doing anyway when executing high end retail at this scale.
Why not turn it into a showcase/resource?

A good supplier
+ great designs
+ an authentic brand
+ community
+ content
“Tech silk” is the big differentiator in feel here from off the rack to custom — this is a 88% polyamide, 12% elastane blend. Read what brands in your space do, find vendors who can make similar or have ideas on how to make it even better.

The fitness, activewear, and supplement space is very much alive for new brands:
- intense fanbases are being born on TikTok and Twitter
- brands with cultlike focus on the UX of their niche + brand (district vision + satisfy running are great examples) thrive
Opportunities 👇🏼
Fitness and health related SEO on google is a battleground and Amazon...
But it's just getting started on TikTok.
Customer acquisition models with FB/Google wont work
But organic +paid TikTok at scale (think 10+ accounts going nuts) is unreal

This is your sign to start a supplements brand.
It's high margin, you don't need to touch inventory and there's a massive consumer base.
Here’s exactly how it works + the best manufacturers who offer fulfillment.
Lets go 👇🏼
If you're any of the below
- a creator
- a fitness influencer
- an amazon seller
- a performance marketer
- a social media marketer
- a good salesperson
You should have your own brand.
You have the tools, you just need a product to own equity in.

45 days of taking TikTok seriously:
- 4500 followers
- One video at 300k+
- 10 at 10kish
- Most 2k+
I am focused in on a niche, just like I am on twitter, I'm not looking for 200k followers, I want people who want to build products. I am def finding them.
What I'm learning:
Mistakes:
- Tried to use edited caption videos like Hormozi and they all flopped
- Bought a lumecube light/tripod/mic set and it sucked
- Publishing videos I know were mid just to keep posting
- Not establishing a unique personality and making generic content
The good:

Creators are launching their own skincare & cosmetic brands at 80-90% margins, without every touching a product.
The formula is
- Find a niche
- Build an audience,
- Find the right partners
Here's exactly how to do it:
If you’re on social you've seen dozens of new brands from creators launching fast and furious.
Is there room in the market for all these cosmetics? YES
- The big cosmetic brands are being rapidly taken over by new products
- Retail is relying on creator brands to drive demand

Musical artist merchandise is experiencing a renaissance right now.
Here's my product playbook with factories, examples and how to execute:
Pro tip: This thread applies to creators too, not just musical artists, and you should be strategizing this even at a small size.
Almost any product sale by a major brand conglomerate right now could be taken by a creator loved by that same consumer.
This is a time to build 👇🏼

If I had more time, I'd be building a business in pickleball.
Here's what I'd do:
The opportunity:
Pickleball has seen massive adoption.... 1.6% of the US population of 305M above age 6 🤯
A new sport getting to 1.5% is unreal, and the room for growth is still enormous, the sport is YOUNG
If you become a leader in this space, you can win for generations.
