Tennessee SB 2316 + SB 2153 has combined in the House and passed the floor vote, aka it has passed both chambers. This bill targets trans-girl students, which bans students whose "biological sex" is male from participating in “female, women, or girls sports”
Tennessee HB2633 has passed the House and is going to the Senate. Under this bill teachers and staff will not be required to use pronouns other than those corresponding with their “biological sex”. This is institutionalized cruelty for no other reason than to be cruel.
Alaska HB140 has been referred to the State Judiciary. This is another anti-trans sports bill based on "biological sex", but without any clear definition on how that would be defined. This bill also states that any resistance or complaints about this bill is forbidden.
Missouri HB2649 had a public hearing today but it seems to have not passed out of committee. It has been labeled by its authors as “Save Adolescent From Experimentation” or “SAFE”, however it is anything but. It will cut off medical care and forcibly detransition trans youth.
