Communism is a social and political ideology that strives to create a classless society in which all property and wealth are communally-owned, instead of by individuals.
The ideology of communism was developed by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in 1848.
The term communism was not widely used until the 1840s. In 4th century, the Greek philosopher Plato, In his Socratic dialogue Republic, Plato describes an ideal state in which a ruling class of guardians, mainly philosophers and soldiers, serves the needs of the whole community.
Elon Musk has always been intimidated by the thought of workers unionizing. And it's known to all that he's been making anti-union moves to create pressure and fear among his employees.
In 2018 he had tweeted threatening the workers of losing their stock options if they get unionized. A California Court had found this to be a blatant violation of labour laws, and had ordered him to delete the tweet, alongside other remedial measures.
He had also illegaly fired Richard Ortiz, an employee for being a part of a campaign called "Fair Future at Tesla." This again, was found by the NLRB to be unlawful and Tesla was ordered to take Ortiz back with full benefits.
