Russia's bullshit that they've been pushing forward all round for 8 years.
It was investigated and there were no 'culprits'. At first nobody saw the fire as a threat, what killed ppl was the toxic smoke of plastic things stored at the entrance, when the threat became clear, the "radicals" brough scaffolding and started rescuing ppl.
(it's probably a tweet to catch and block some more Russia lovers in the comment section, let's check it out)
