The Court’s legitimacy is on the line.

For 50 years- Roe was settled law. “Stare Decisis”- was what many of these Republican Justices pledged to follow. They lied.

So what’s next:
⚖️ Marriage Equality?
⚖️ Loving v. VA?
⚖️ Brown v. Board?

The story here is that in an unprecedented move 5 Republican justices will overturn 50 years of legal precedence and destroy women’s rights and the legitimacy of the Supreme Court in the process.

If you are stuck in a hangover from 2020… wake up, stand up & let your voice be heard! From voting rights to women’s rights- Democrats must organize, register & vote in historic numbers in ‘22! Show the GOP that the American people will not allow our rights to be ravaged!

With every breath we must stand up to the full frontal attack on American Democracy from Trump & the radical GOP- banning books… targeting LGBT youth… celebrating Putin… stealing court seats… calling coups legitimate political discourse… & attacking the press. #HateWontWin

We also must be mindful of the immediate impact that this will have on women. This sets America back 50 years. Is this a return to back alley abortions? What happens to women that were raped & victims of incest? Will the health of the woman be considered? Birth control?

To change this we MUST GROW our Senate majority! Codify Roe! Codify VRA!

Look at races in: VT, NC, PA, WI, FL, OH, IA, MO, KY, LA, UT, SC
