Interestingly, after Awadhiya and one of his accomplice's name surfaced in the lynching, their photos in the banner were torn apart.

Seoni Police claimed to have arrested nine accused so far including Awadhiya and Shersingh Rathore.
SHO of Kurwai Police station PC Uikey confirmed that out of 14 arrested accused 6 are from Ram Sena and 3 from Bajrang Dal.
