The story of Akenya, the family cow.

Thread... Image
A long time ago in the village of Buchenya, there lived a man and his wife.

The man was called Omuchenya, from the abachenya clan while his wife was called Nabakolwe from the abakolwe clan.

They lived in a simple mud hut in their farm.

#StoryTime Image
They met in a traditional harvest ceremony where their love simmered like food boiling in an African pot.

Their families and clans approved of their marriage and gave them the green light to get married.

#StoryTime Image
They quickly moved into their matrimonial home with pomp and ululation. They were the talk of the village.

They would walk together in matching fabric. Omuchenya would be seen holding Nabakolwe's waist and hands in a public display of Affection.

This couple owned a cherished possession. Akenya, the cow.

They loved this cow.

It is believed that they all contributed 50/50 in the purchase of this cow.

Akenya gave birth and the family began enjoying fresh milk from her.

Omuchenya had a different idea. He opined that since one cup of milk is enough, the rest can be sold to generate revenue for the family.

"Darling, we need a better house," he told his wife.

She did not like this idea. She wanted all the milk. This standoff soon became a conflict.

The man was now getting worked up. The wife was not pregnant.

"Instead of developing capital D, you are developing capital C", he charged.

" You are impotent", she charged back. Image
"You have a small dick!"

"You have a barren womb!"

"You are alcoholic!"

"Tell your god to heal your barrenness."

"There is nothing you will tell me you foolish man!"

"Woman, I am the man of this house, respect me!"

"I cannot respect a man with a small penis!" Image

5 MALIGNANT DISEASES RAVAGING THE SOUL OF OUR NATION:

DEBT: The Addiction of a Nation.

Kenya is enslaved by its own appetite.

Kenya is subjugated by a KSH 11.8 trillion debt, equivalent to 68% of its GDP.

This is immoral, insane and unacceptable!

We borrow to feed pleasure rather than build sovereign power.

Every loan is a bribe to our laziness and a chain on our children’s future.

We have turned debt into a culture where leaders steal in billions, citizens wait for relief, and the unborn are forced to pay.

Our Constitution in CHAPTER 12 demands fidelity, fiduciary and accountability on our national purse, but we replaced it with greed and addiction.

We are no longer a producing nation, but we have become a borrowing nation.Image
FAMILY: The Collapse of the Moral Structure.

The Kenyan family is broken.

Fathers have disappeared, mothers are overwhelmed, and children are lost.

The home, once the cradle of discipline, has become a prison of chaos.

We are raising a generation that knows pleasure rather than purpose,

A generation that knows about rights but not responsibilities.

The State cannot stand when the family falls, yet we continue to watch as divorce, violence, and moral decay destroy the basic unit of a nation.Image
FOOD: The Death of Sovereignty.

Kenya imports what it can grow.

We have fertile land but empty granaries, hard workers but lazy systems.

70% of Kenyans live in rural areas, yet 85% of the food they eat is bought!

We abandoned our soil for supermarkets and our hoes for handouts.

A nation that cannot feed itself has already surrendered its freedom.

We now depend on foreign farmers to feed our children, which is humiliation disguised as global trade.Image

If I were the President of KENYA,

Immediately after 25th June 2024, I would have gone silent, evaluate my priorities, listen to the people, sack everyone in the cabinet,

-- and this is how I would have RE-ORGANIZED the CABINET

1. THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

Thread... 🧵 Image
2. THE OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT

The Internal Security will be collapsed and made a department under the Deputy President.

The Police Service is a constitutional entity that should remain semi-autonomous without president's interference.

Housing Department is here. Image
3. MINISTRY OF EDUCATION

- Abolish CBC. Reinstate and Refresh 8-4-4

- Fund Vocational Education

- Abolish New University Funding Model

Somali men,

The reason I am talking to you is because you are the leader of your family.

The collective health of your family is in your hands.

Here is what you need to do to fix your health and your family's health.

6 things hospitals will not tell you: Image
1. EAT ONE MEAL A DAY:

You will not die.

Your forefathers spent time in the scorching sun, herding camels & goats. Therefore, they would eat once or the next day.

You are not different.

Your body was not designed to eat more than 2 meals a day.

Gluttony is a sin!

2. FASTING

The majority of you are Muslims. Therefore, you understand fasting.

Fasting is not just for religious observance but also for metabolic nourishment.

Then, when you break the fast, don't engage in feasting. Eat less, and eat right.

Fasting is a doctor.

Kenya's Gen Z, The Youth Council belongs to you, take it back now and use it for Civic Education.

Taxpayers fund the National Youth Council which was established to champion the youths' interests.

In 2023, the council was funded with KES 68 Million

Read this thread...Image
This Council was established through its 2009 act of parliament.

It brings young people from the ward level through a rigorous youth election process up to a national level YOUTH BUNGE known as THE NATIONAL YOUTH CONGRESS.

Did you know this?

No, you didn't. Keep reading.

Before we continue,

FYI

60-year-old Boomer, Joshua Kandie who is the Mpig of Baringo Central and has done nothing for this country has sponsored a bill to "de-politicize" the youth council.

This will invalidate the reasons why the council was created in the first place.

If you are a woman who wants to rise above

- Mediocrity

- Degeneracy

- Depression

- and the chaos of the modern world,

Read this thread and fix your life.

🧵 Image
1. Remain chaste.

Preserve your feminine value. Your value is based on your fertility.

- Be a healthy and fertile woman.

- Avoid hormonal contraceptives.

- Don't abort unless for medical reasons.

- DO NOT BE FAT. UNFAT. Image
2. Respect yourself and respect your values.

Don't join the masses that hobnob from one club to the next,

Don't join the gullible women who drink one alcoholic brand to the next.

Alcohol, drugs and cigarettes will turn you into a loose, moronic and chaotic loser. Image

Once you "lose appetite",

Avoid these so-called appetite stimulant drugs.

"Loss of appetite" is communication by the body that something is wrong in the gut or on the brain-gut axis.

- Either what you eat is bad or the gut is tired and wants to rest.

Here is what to do Image
1. Give your gut a break by fasting:

Your gut is tired. You have been filling it with food hence overworking it.

It also needs to rest. This will

- Make it regenerate

- Refresh its effeciency

- Reset the lost gut-brain axis Image
2. ACV and SALT

While you FAST, add ACV or SALT in your warm water.

This will improve the stomach acidity that will excite and reinvigorate digestive receptors in the gut. Image
