So one thing many of us are watching patiently for is Durhams next expenditure update, which covers expenditures thru 3/31/22.
These usually come out 4-8 weeks afterwards, so it's coming soon.
This should give us some insight as to exactly how much support Garland is actually allowing Durham to have. Especially now that Durham is getting into the thick of it with 2 active prosecutions, more hinted at, and a trial about to start.
So let's step back and look at what we know about Durhams's team. We can assume Durham is actually in charge (not mentally on vacation like Mueller) and Neeraj Patel (from his Connecticut roots) is his deputy assistant. Nora Dannehy, also from CT was involved but left 2 yrs ago.
Defilippis, from SDNY, is currently his lead prosecutor. Anthony Scarpelli (from DC) was also a higher level prosecutor who appeared in the clinesmith case. After Jan 6, it appears Scarpelli went back to DC prosecuting Jan 6 and drug/violent crimes.
Scarpelli hasn't appeared in either Sussmann or Danchenko prosecutions, but according to GT foia productions was still being cc'd on sco emails in July 2021. So his current involvement is unknown.
Jack Eckenrode and Tim Fuhrman appear to be the main former FBI investigators on the team.
The current consistent prosecution team since sussmann and Danchenko were indicted has been:
Andrew Defillipis, Michael Keilty, Jonathan Algor, and Brittain Shaw.
The most interesting of that bunch to me has been the addition of Keilty and Algor, both veterans and Edny prosecutors. After all EDNY is where the head of this snake resides: Clinton campaign HQs in Brooklyn, NY.
Not to mention that Barr went out of his way to insert Seth Ducharme, who was his point man to Durham, into Edny as acting us attorney in the summer of 2020, and also funneled Ukraine evidence into EDNY.
That said, there was a very important hearing this past Wednesday regarding Durham motion to compel 38 particular documents claimed as privilege to be reviewed in camera by the judge to determine if they should be produced.
Oddly, instead of Defilippis running point as usual for Durham, that honor at the important hearing, was bestowed on the most junior member of the team: Jonathan Algor.
Now here is the juice to this whole thread. Since the sussmann/Danchenko indictments came down the core team: Defilippis, Kelley, So for, and more recently added Shaw have appeared to be full time Durham prosecution team members.
But oddly just today I stumbled upon this nugget just unsealed last week in the EDNY:
And who is the attorney who signed off on this indictment from the GJ?
That leaves me a lot of questions:
1) is this something spun from a Durham related grand jury? At first blush there is no connection. Appears to be about a guy stealing 300k worth of bitcoin from unnamed individual-1. Which makes you curious...who is individual 1?
2) perhaps it's not related. In that case does that mean Durham, just weeks before the Sussmann trial doesn't even have the budget to keep one of his core prosecutors in his fold full time?
Or 3) is this a sign So for is being cycled out of the Durham investigation, and him leading the May 4th hearing was just a big thank you for your service , go get an tiger nod?
I'll end here. But id love to figure out what's going on. Only time will tell.
2 post notes:
1) autocorrect sucks. If you see "so for" on a couple tweets, that's "Algor" (@elonmusk hurry up with the edit button)
2) forgot to mention who else is an EDNY prosecutor and might have recommended Keilty and Algor to Durham: John Durham Jr.

While suddenly the country is coming to terms with the corrupt, wasteful, liberal slush fund that USAID is, I thought I'd highlight one of those projects, and add a twist at the end of the thread that none of you had on your bingo card🤔
Here's a section about the TCA --millions of dollars being wasted in Ukraine right now to shape the messaging and monitor social media, including covid-19.
Thread: in preparation for Kash's hearing tomorrow I'll give you a primer on what you're going to hear member by member so y'all are prepared:
1) Chuck Grassley- Chuck will read from a piece of paper his staff of 60 years younger prepared for him. He'll demand that kash promise to answer his letters and vow to protect whistleblowers. He'll probably interject past failures of Wray and Comey to do just that.
2) Dick Durban- "Dick" will casually slide his glasses low on his nose and proceed to bloviate about "enemies lists" followed by a diatribe about standing up to trump, and finish with his phony story of carelessly releasing details of hostage negotiations from a butt hurt FBI clown that mistakenly thought they were in charge versus the president at the time.
Trump filed today in a motion to dismiss pointing out two particular meetings Jay Bratt setup with the WH counsels office in the fall of 2021.
What is significant is this was actually a series of 6 meetings with overlap of participants with Bratt just attending the two "bookend" meetings, as I reported last year.
Because the WH visitor logs don't make it easy to find things, I will do a thread making it easier for any journalist (or trump lawyer 😉) to find/verify this info.
What's the percent chance an individual has a J.D. (licenced practicing lawyer), a phd in psychology, also an ordained minister and three sons all of which are medical doctors and isn't a CIA asset?
Coming soon. How #alexandersmirnov helped bring down a gang of Armenian criminals he's probably now stuck in jail with (and Weiss knows it). Unless the mainstream media are too timid to report first.
At the very same time one of the defendants in the case above, was under indictment, the same defendant filed a civil suit against Smirnov and smirnov holdings ltd for breach of contract, why?, cause he was setting them up, FBI approved.
What tipped me off? Well first the name, tigran sarkisyan, then the fact that the same lawyer, Jerry Kaplan, was both his criminal case lawyer, and his civil lawyer in the case against Smirnov.
