Another FOI request to the TGA is declined, but the refusal speaks volumes.

It relates to this good looking chap and his role in Pfizer's control of the TGA.

So what happened?

The 5th October 2021 was the third day of the NSW Supreme Court case Kassam vs Hazzard where the people had taken the government to court over vaccine mandates.

The legal team against the government - AFL solicitors with Peter King as lead barrister - had filed a subpoena to the TGA for the animal studies relating to the Pflzer vaccines.

The TGA refused.
I'll repeat, the TGA refused a court subpoena for official documents.

Yet on the morning of the case, the TGA (or shall we say their lawyers) did not appear.

The sponsor's lawyers did.
You know who I'm talking about.

So, where is the TGA barrister (paid for by the same tax payer funding the TGA and who the TGA holds in utter contempt)?

He's stuck in the lobby?
Yep.

So, now we are expected to believe that "Mr Glover" - the lawyer for the TGA - doesn't know how to get into the court, particularly as the event was a virtual event.

Is he new? Has he just qualified?

Not to the TGA, whose principal lawyer refused the request on the grounds of legal privilege (despite no privileged information being requested).

However they confirmed the identity of the barrister they had instructed to represent them

Here are all the documents withheld. Note that the first brief was *after* the NSW Supreme court case had commenced.

But don't worry it gets worse...

So why is Mr Glover not in court?
Why is he stuck in the (virtual) lobby?
In fact, how the hell is he stuck in a virtual lobby?

Well it isn't through lack of experience - his own bio says so.

It's almost as if he didn't WANT to be there...

So what was going on?

Mr Wong (Pfizer) managed to make it to the court.
Mr Glover (TGA) didn't make it.

But Mr Wong was there to make damn sure that subpoena was quashed.

So:
1⃣ The TGA were subpoenaed for documents from the animal studies for the Pfizer vaccine
2⃣ Pfizer turned up to stop the TGA producing the documents
3⃣ the TGA's barrister never appeared which means that Pfizer were the sole representative of the TGA in court

And where is Mr Glover?
Still in the lobby?

I don't think so.
