Impressive new study finds Sars Cov 2 has immune suppressive abilities comparable to HIV and that variants increase virus abilities to stop vital anti-viral mechanism in the immune system
The CD8 T cells are vital for fighting off viral infections: Sars Cov 2 is the same: they can detect MHC 1 and viral peptide on infected cells: however, viruses themselves have evolved a way around this vital arm of the immune system by inhibiting MHC 1 presentation & expression
Therefore the more inhibition of MCH 1 found—the more the more the virus is able to evade this arm of the immune system: the scientists in this study found that MCH1 inhibition remained relatively stable across all variants. However...
...when looking at the production of interferon (anti-viral produced by the immune system in response to infection—already known to be suppressed by Sars 2— allowing infection) they found the virus was evolving to get better at suppressing this arm of the immune system...
And interestingly for the MCH1 inhibition they found that in many of the genes of the virus displayed the same MCH1 viral evasion as HIV:
When they tested in lab mice they found that MCH1 elevation was completely shutdown in the lung infected epithelial cells: in stark contrast to flu. Which strongly implies that this capacity is unique to Sars2: pretty serious immune suppression...
It is an interesting study: shows that the virus is getting better at suppressing anti-viral responses of the immune system in the form of interferon (IFN) suppression 9something we've noted many times with Sars 2:
As usual fobbed off by her Dr for symptoms that clearly requite attention: didn't even bother testing for Sars Cov 2 when symptoms started: and this woman is an editor of a newspaper (lol, perhaps that's why she's so clueless)
'"I went to the GP. It was hard to put into words how I was feeling - I had a weakness on one side of my body that would come and go, dizzy spells and brain fog that left me unable to remember that I started making a cup of tea,"
Weakness on one side of the body?
'I thought maybe it was a deficiency or perhaps anaemia, but the GP found a water infection. The next day I woke up with chest pains and ended up in hospital for tests but it was all clear and put down to costochondritis'
Babies exposed to Sars 1/Covid before they are born found to have higher risk for neurological disorders: including in the mild: none of Mum's studied had severe disease: 3x increase in in key predictors of neurological disease such as cerebral palsy:
2/ 'It is likely that infants prenatally exposed to SARS-CoV-2 will develop along a spectrum from possible serious neurological disorders to minor neurological disorders to less-than-perfect optimal performance.' Study Authors write.
3/ A new study lead by researchers at the Neuroscience and Cognitive Development, School of Psychology in Mexico has found that babies born to women previously infected with Sars Cov 2 have much higher key early indicators of neurological disease such as cerebral palsy
Can't see any reason why vaccines would drive it? I can imagine that the vaccines change behaviour as people wrongly believe they are immune or guaranteed less severe disease? so more likely to engage in risks.
A lot of people pointing out ADE as a cause: well it can't be discounted, we are seeing clear signs of ADE already and antigenic sin: but this wouldn't be a vaccine only phenomenon: we would see it in the unvaccinated/infecteds too.
And I would more likely to see it in the unvaccinated who have been reinfected: the vaccine produces a more stable immune response over all.
Vaccinated predicted to get Sars Cov 2 at least twice a year: 10%-1 in 10 chance of long Covid every time. Over the next 3 years the chance is 14%—1 in 7...a billion disabled in a few years.
Says Arijit Chakravarty, a COVID researcher and...
... CEO of Fractal Therapeutics, a drug development firm:
'His team’s modeling shows that those who are vaccinated but don’t take precautions against the virus can expect to get COVID once or twice a year, going forward.'
Reports Fortune
'Those who are fully vaccinated reduce their risk of Long COVID by about half. Assuming the entire world is vaccinated and doesn’t take precautions, and that the risk of getting Long COVID each time one gets COVID is 10%, “to be conservative,”...
Nice to see Billy getting his award: I will note though the clear affects of his Parkinson's disease: given that Sars Cov 2 increase chances of Parkinson's you can expect a lot people to end with this awful condition very soon.
"These cases of acute Parkinson's in patents with COVID-19 are truly remarkable...They occurred in relatively young people ― much younger than the average age of developing Parkinson's ― and none had a family history...
We all used to knock on our friends doors after school 'hey, you wanna go to the park and play with some dog shit?!' ahhhh, yes, those were the days.
Ahh we had fun back then didn't we? like a bloody religion it was! Unlike today's kids we were somewhat less keen on gasping for air and ending up going into cytokine storms and having heart attacks and strokes: not to mention getting hepatitis...we were BORING
