Further, the report says that he is not abducted rather under investigation of CTD karachi.

Police station for raid to arrest, and also have to seek permission from the competent court. Had the process of law been followed? How could we know that he is under investigation by CTD when he has not been produced before any court so far? It is admitted by the police
that he is abducted and CSO assisted Beebagar's abduction.
Court declared the report insufficient and ordered CCPO Lahore and SSP to be present in the court in person, tomorrow. The case is fixed for hearing for tomorrow.
