Today's hearing of Habeas Petition of Beebgar Imdad Baloch before Justice Tariq Nadeem, LHC:

CCPO office submitted the report nd admitted that CSO(Pu) col. Ubaidullah assisted the police+Ctd sindh to abduct Beebgar for investigation in relation to suicide bomb blast at KU. Further, the report says that he is not abducted rather under investigation of CTD karachi.
