- Size : 1000sqft
- Absolute Price : $450K➗1000sqft ~ $450 psqft
Contoh analisis
Unit A (Condo, $450K, 1000sqft = $450psqft)
Unit B ( Condo, $500K , 1300 sqft = $384 psqft)

Kalau tengok harga overall , unit B lagi mahal dari unit A .

Tapi kalau tengok harga absolute , unit A lebih murah dari unit B .

1. most fellas in the crypto ecosystem are noncompetent people and always dismiss people who do understand better
2. Tech in web3 is old and not worthy, especially merkle tree, what's new is web3 is speculative currencies. It has no future since it involves token.
3. Too many grifters than tech true believers (too much money in the system and need to be overly positive about it so they can get their money out)

supply chain crisis is fkng real, fertilizer cost production basis before was 100$ and now 1,000$ (10X) .

energy > fertilizer > food

Food crisis is inevitable .
