We demand the Russian Federation urgently release Ukrainian citizen journalist Irina Danilovych and all other victims of enforced disappearances in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, including the Autonomous Republic of Crimea & the city of Sevastopol 1/
Assist the Government of Ukraine in finding and investigating cases of enforced disappearances in the occupied territories.2/
Provide comprehensive support to victims of enforced disappearances, their relatives, as well as victims of other gross human rights violations, war crimes, and crimes against humanity in the occupied territories of Ukraine. 3/
Continue to monitor and document human rights violations, war crimes, and crimes against humanity in the occupied Crimea and include their regular reports on the human rights situation in Ukraine. 4/
We call on the governments of foreign countries to:
Increase diplomatic, sanctions, and other pressure on the Russian Federation to accelerate the de-occupation of Crimea, Donbas, and all other territories of Ukraine. 5/
Impose personal sanctions on Russian officials and employees of the occupation administration involved in enforced disappearances and other gross human rights violations in all occupied territories of Ukraine. 6/
Provide comprehensive support to victims of enforced disappearances, their relatives, as well as victims of other gross human rights violations, war crimes, and crimes against humanity in all occupied territories of Ukraine. 7/
Use the mechanism of universal jurisdiction to prosecute persons involved in enforced disappearances, torture, war crimes, and crimes against humanity in all occupied territories of Ukraine. 8/

🆘 Thread. Citizen journalist, activist Iryna Danilovych was held incomunicado for 13 days, 8 of which in FSB in the temporarily occupied #Crimea. FSB officers threatened her to force to sign blank official forms.They illegally forced her to go through poligraph test.#TheTaken 1/
In FSB Danilovych was life-threatened, having been illegally held in the FSB for 8 days. FSB put on a plastic bag on Iryna's head threatening her to be taken to a forest. Food was provided once a day during her illegal detention, she was deprived from fulfilling basic needs. 2/
After Danilovych was forced to sign blank forms in exchange of freedom she was immediately informed that FSB found two hundred grams of explosives in her bag and took her to the "court" to choose a precautionary measure. 3/
