Generally, we see Nandi Maharaj sitting directly opposite the main door of the temple where Mahadev's idol or Shivalingam is located. He is not waiting for him to come out and say something. He is in waiting.
Nandi is symbolism of eternal waiting, because waiting is considered
the greatest virtue in Indian culture. One who knows how to simply sit and wait is naturally meditative. He is not expecting anything. He will wait forever.
The fundamental difference between Prayer & Meditation is that. Prayer means you are trying to talk to God. Meditation
means you are willing to just listen to existence, to the ultimate nature of creation. You have nothing to say, you simply listen.
That is the quality of Nandi – he just sits, alert, not sleepy. He is not sitting passively. He is very active, full of alertness, full of life,
but just being – that is Meditation!
Some People believe that ,
The poison in the throat is always a burning sensation for Bhagwan Shiva. Bhagwan Shiva loves to spend time in meditation. But this burning throat is not allowing him to do his meditation. Then he ordered Nandi to
sit in front of him and blow some air on to his throat. The air blown on to his throat relieves him from the burning sensation. From then onwards, Bhagwan Shiva does his mediation with the help of Nandi Maharaj. #HarHarMahadevॐ#Mahadev

Muhūrt (मुहूर्त) is a vedic unit of measurement for time. A 24 hour day+night consists of 30 muhurtas. Each Muhurta is about 48 minutes of duration.
Each Muhurta is further divided into 30 Kalā ≈ 48 minutes.
Brahmanas and Rig Veda define Muhurta as “muhu”
(moment/immediate) + “ṛta” (order).
So, it is the moment which occurs in an order every day.
In Ramayana, few muhurtas and their importance are described.
Yuddha Kanda, 4th Sarga describes a scene where Rama picks auspicious Muhurta to start towards Lanka with Vanara Sena

The word Veda originates from the root word 'Ved' which means “knowledge” in Sanskrit. This was the oldest syllabus for education in ancient Bharat.
The knowledge of the healthcare system and medicines stems from Rig Veda which gave birth to a sub-system called Ayurveda.
The
knowledge of archery and warfare which shaped the skills of many great kings of Bharat, stems from Yajur Veda and gave birth to a sub-system called Dhanur veda
The knowledge of aesthetics, music and dance which brought great artistic history to Bharat stems from Sama Veda and

The knowledge of business, wealth and prosperity stem from Atharva Veda which gave birth to a sub-system called Artha-shastra.
