🆘 Thread. Citizen journalist, activist Iryna Danilovych was held incomunicado for 13 days, 8 of which in FSB in the temporarily occupied #Crimea. FSB officers threatened her to force to sign blank official forms.They illegally forced her to go through poligraph test.#TheTaken 1/
In FSB Danilovych was life-threatened, having been illegally held in the FSB for 8 days. FSB put on a plastic bag on Iryna's head threatening her to be taken to a forest. Food was provided once a day during her illegal detention, she was deprived from fulfilling basic needs. 2/
After Danilovych was forced to sign blank forms in exchange of freedom she was immediately informed that FSB found two hundred grams of explosives in her bag and took her to the "court" to choose a precautionary measure. 3/
Officially the precautionary measure was chosen only on May 7. A "state attorney" was appointed, despite the fact that Danilovych's lawyer spent eight days searching for her, in particular in the FSB and the Bar Association of the peninsula. 4/
The sanction of the incriminated article provides from six to eight years of imprisonment and 100 000 rubles penalty. 5/
ZMINA condems ill-treatment and tortures of Iryna Danylovych.
And demand international community within all the possible powers and mandates to demand Russia to release Danilovych and all other victims of enforced disappearances and illegal detentions 6/
ZMINA calls on the governments of foreign countries to increase diplomatic, sanctions, and other pressure on the Russian Federation to accelerate the de-occupation of Crimea, Donbas, and all other territories of Ukraine. 7/
Impose personal sanctions on Russian officials and employees of the occupation administration involved in enforced disappearances, illegal detention, tortures, ill-treatment and other gross human rights violations in all occupied territories of Ukraine. 8/
Use the mechanism of universal jurisdiction to prosecute persons involved in enforced disappearances, war crimes, and crimes against humanity in all occupied territories of Ukraine. 9/
