SC Order: The lawyer for original plaintiffs before trial court appear here. Mr Jain states that learned counsel who is briefed to appear is indisposed today. A request has been made to take up matter tomorrow. Sr Adv Ahmadi says there cannot be opposition to adjournment

SC: It has been prayed by petitioners that proceedings before trial court should not proceed and Mr Jain agrees. we accordingly direct trial court to strictly act according to the arrangement as here and it should desist from passing any orders

Adv MM Kashyap mentions a PIL stating that a pleas concerning Shahi Idgah Mathura temple case and Gyanvapi Kashi case was filed in 1990s. #SuprememCourt by three orders had stated that these structures will not be touched in pursuance of 1991 act #GyanvapiMosque

Kashyap: The order had stated that subordinate courts cannot act against this.
