BROKEN NEWS: Crisis no 6. We saved the worst until last. this is about Corruption, possible criminality and INTEGRITY (Lack of it). read on......
Before we start I want to thank the Liberal Party and the National Party and their help in bringing to light their own conduct. Yesterday for example, I would never have been able to show what shocking Money Managers they are without them having passed Tax Transparency for large
Entities who earned over $100 million gross income. likewise with the Grants rorts they decided to establish a Portal where all Grants were advertised and Published. this was established on 1 Jan 2018 and much of the Analysis wouldn't have been possible before that because
Grants reporting was on a variety of different Government departmental sites. Thanks guys you actually helped and like most dills you actually shot yourselves in the foot by doing so. Without your hubris in thinking what a good job you were doing, I wouldn't have been able to
do this work. having said that, Lets set the scene. How much Money are we talking about with the rorts?
Here is the total Number of grants and Value since 1 Jan 2018. 141,480 grants worth $86.8 Billion . Just give yourself a moment and let that sink in. Then Take a breath and imagine all the other Grant streams reported on departmental sites of Government before that. We
know for example that the Community Development grants started in the 2013 MYEFO budget update. 6 years before 1 Jan 2018. Also Regional Grants programs started around the same time. So that $86 billion is much more. The team at thevogfiles.com have analysed
$7.1 billion of that total. Probably about 5% overall. Those programs can be found at thevogfiles.com/rorts-central.… all of the analysis is evidenced by Spreadsheets which are available for download.
Today I want to show a Complete grant scheme and the way it might have been manipulated to Advantage Coalition seats and the reasons why we think this is a deliberate strategy. Lets start with the Sports Infrastructure grants. Remember the colour coded spreadsheets? We do and we
wondered why such a small Grant program (in the scheme of the total grant programs) was treated like this? As we continued our analysis, which didn't just stop at numbers, we realised that colour coding must have been a deliberate way of keeping up with the distribution of the
available funds. We also realised that the Department of Infrastructure, the Department of health and the Prime Ministers office were all deeply involved. We think that the Grants programs were being deliberately manipulated for electoral advantage. Let us explain ...
When a politician wants to do a speech and has nothing much to say, it's called a stump speech. The same could be said of the Press. When a perennial issue comes up at Election time and they haven't done any research or thought things through they write a stump article. Much
of what is said is a veneer to cover their lack of preparation. Such is the case in Elections where the "Marginal Seat" stump article is rife. the biggest problem with "Marginal" is that no one has defined it. We fell for the same Stump ideas as well until we looked at the data
The makeup of the house of representatives in the 2016 and 2019 elections was a total of 150 and 151 seats respectively. Labor made up 68 of those seats. The coalition on the other hand have three parties. Liberal 44 seats, the LNP (Queensland) 23 seats and finally the Nationals
who have 10 seats. So adding the Liberals and LNP gets the number to 67 for the Coalition and with the 10 Nationals seats that gets them into Government...Just. A breakup of the distribution of the $7.1 billion analysed shows the following.
When you look at all the Party allocations of analysed grants it is also very unfair.
So some new information which has been hidden in the last two years of Analysis but which we present to you today as a complete grant program actually tends to prove this theory of ours. marginality is still a player but this is interesting. The Grants program is
Building the better regions fund. The total allocated is $1.1 Billion over 5 rounds. here is round one.
Round 2.
Round 3.
Round 4.
Round 5.
Here is a summary pie chart.
and here is a pie chart showing allocation of value by party and by seat numbers. Put all ideology aside and ask yourself. "Is this a fair distribution of funds?"
We don't think it is, even thought it could be said that the Coalition have more regional seats than Labor. BUT in their own documentation they show that they are manipulating grants (See senate Committee inquiry on Sorts infrastructure grants).
So that's it. Election day is here and another crisis has been described and the evidence presented. I would also like to inform Tweeps that the Graphs of the Building the better Regions fund and the accompanying spreadsheet analysis have been submitted to the
Auditor Generals office. We understand that the Auditor General is conducting an Audit of the BBRF and that audit will be released (unfortunately) after the Election today. Having worked hard on exposing the Conduct of the Abbott, Turnbull and Morrison Coalition government's
in the last two years it is our wish that an incoming government will establish an integrity Commission with the powers of a Royal Commission to expose, charge and imprison those guilty of the manipulation and waste of public money to further their own Political ambitions.
The team at thevogfile.com wish you all a Happy democracy sausage today and a bright future under a government which has no blue in it. Have a great weekend.
A final Addendum form me. All night long I have been thinking of the best way to explain this tale of corrupt practice and during that thought process I strayed back to Brierley Hill in the West Midlands where I spent Four and a half years as a Police Constable. Just before
I emigrated to Australia. The Area was know as The "Black country" because of the profusion of Industry and the use of Coal to power that industry. Down the road from the police station was a huge Steel Works called Round Oak. many stories to tell about that works but the
funniest was about a young man who lived in the council Estate which was close to the Steel Works. Naturally there was a huge coal dump there and one day this young man, who's best friend was poverty wandered down to the coal dump and purloined one of the wheel barrows there and
filled it with Coal and took it home so his family could be warm for a while. The young man (bless him) wasn't the brightest spark and after he had unloaded the Coal he returned the Wheelbarrow to the Guard hut close to where he borrowed it and was detained.
A completely true story. It reminds me of the Liberal party They are so entitled that they haven't got a moral compass to see where they are going wrong. In fact they make up their own rules as they go along. They are not as innocent as Robert, the young man who borrowed the Coal

BROKEN NEWS: Crisis No 5. Failure to collect corporate Tax. Why is this a crisis? Well because failure to make Corporate entities to pay their taxes means cuts to services..... Read On.....
The Coalition always talk a good line. Age of Entitlement over, Debt and deficit disaster, Blah Blah Blah. And then they cut services.Good examples are the cuts to pensions under Morrison in 2015, the Robodebt debacle and the most recent cuts to the NDIS. So how good at
collecting money are they? I went to the reports from the Tax office and did some Analysis. In 2013-14 the coalition did the only thing that was good, they passed a law requiring the Tax transparency of Companies over $100 million total income to be published. before i show that

BROKEN NEWS: Crisis No 4. Defence Spending and Foreign Policy generally. How the two interact. Read on....
Firstly Foreign Policy. remember in Joe Hockey's 2014 Shocking budget, the Coalition gutted Overseas Aid? They took Billions out of it. Silly idea because that is a serious Foreign policy plank. How we help the less well off. Secondly as I showed in Crisis 2 on Tuesday last
this Coalition cuddled up to China and sold off a swag of residential housing. I suspect they did it because it goes right onto the GDP growth figure, but doesn't show up on the CPI. It also advantaged their supporters in the real Estate Industry. But that was only one of

BROKEN NEWS: Election Count down. Crisis No 2. The cost of housing and Foreign Investment. a thread which exposes the Gaslighting of the Coalition. Read on....
Yesterday Josh Frydenberg told Fran Kelly on afternoon briefing that 100,000 houses a year were sold and that the Coalition policy to raid Super to buy a house wouldn't put up the price of houses. What I wanted to know is why the prices are so high now? The answer lies in
Coalition Policy from 2013 when they came to power. Remember Tony Abbott and Joe Hockey? The geniuses who said Australia was open for business? Well it sure was. In 2013 foreign investment approvals for Residential were at 11,668. In 2015-16 Approvals were at 40,149. The three

BROKEN NEWS ABOUT BROKEN NEWS: Hi tweeps are you sick of the broken news yet. No. Well cop this then. Back in 2013 Tony Abbott said that Labor had taken $21 billion out of Defence he also said that that was the lowest proportion of GDP since 1938. I wrote about it here.
The the Defence Minister David Johnson under Abbott said the Submarine corporation couldn't be relied on to build a canoe. Then he was busted for a Long Lunch and I wrote about that here. Another corker vinceogrady.wordpress.com/2014/12/07/in-…
