At the beginning of every bull market, token valuations are low and attractive. The chance of high profitability attracts new investors, and fresh money takes the market to new heights. 📈

Everybody makes money in a bull market. It looks easy and an irrational optimism takes over. New capital keeps coming in and institutions and venture capitalists double down.

After a while, valuations start getting unsustainably high, and new projects with lower qualities start popping up everywhere. This was the market we had been living in for the past two years.

Slowly the money entering the market starts losing pace, smart money starts taking profit, and funds deployed to new projects have slower turnover due to long vesting schedules. Supply outstrips demand, and suddenly everything changes. The cycle reverses. 📉

Big events like the fall of $LUNA/$UST, potential new regulations & a looming global recession are now contributing to accelerating this reversal in the crypto market. Many projects will now fail, investors will leave, and Crypto Twitter influencers are going to get quiet. 🤐

Ironically, this is the best time possible to generate opportunities. This is the time fortunes are made, and winning ideas are born. Here, speculators leave, and crypto long-term investors thrive.
