1/Never bring an institution to a magick fight.

Imagine a world without governments, institutions, laws, or norms? What would that look like? How would it work? What kinds of practices would be effective?

Could those practices be effective at eliminating government?

2/Occultism, or more properly esotericism, is the study of such practice. It is the study of “what works.” Leaving aside deities and dogma, such practices work in very specific ways, particularly they tend to:

• Draw people together in cultish units of practice,

• Oppose normative pressures and external systems of control,
• Emphasize maximization of individual will (do as thou wilt shall be the whole of the law),
• Break taboos (sex, blood, killing, abuse, perversion) to expand notions of the acceptable,

• Use undue influence to expand power,
• Subjugate “serfs” by gamifying their existence (jobs, sport, memetic desire, consumerism, lawncare),
• Invent systems of control that enable resource extraction,
• Create narratives that provide meaning (nations, religions).

5/There are many other practices, but these are the basics. And they all *work*. That’s why intelligence agencies always border on the supernatural. They are concerned with what works. It’s partly why spies are called “spooks.” The overlap is real. Even the coldest realist…

6/acknowledges the utility of these techniques. What we are facing now is a global war rooted in esoteric practice vs. institutional law-based order. Which will prevail?

I’m not so sure. The more institutions are eroded, the more esotericism is elevated.

7/Network effects, which increase power the more it is accepted, are being used to “flip” global perception, zero to one (as Thiel would say.)

And perception is reality. Liberal democracy has no defender willing to engage in esoteric practice.

8/which *should* be doing that are fractured and captured. We are fighting the “shadow IC” of retirees, and a faction *within* government!

We trained these people in PSYOPS (esoteric control, really) and in how to *make stuff happen* and now they are using it to overthrow

9/governments in US and Europe. China, next. So if anyone wants to throw a ton of money (because it will be needed) at esoteric practice to defend against this attack, hit me up. It’s doable.

But let’s not pretend we can fight magick with elections and institutions.

10/Because what we are really suffering is a deficit of imagination. The practices of esotericism tend to expand imagination, which create leverage over those with less of it. We need to invest here if we expect to fight back against those seeking to eliminate the state.

And for those that think I’m making stuff up here, I’m not. Here is a famous paper by two US Army folks, Aquino and Vallely, who articulated these same ideas and who helped fuel the overthrow of the government we are dealing with now.

And yeah BTW Aquino was a Satanist. He left it though to found Temple of Set, an offshoot group. They did weird stuff.

BTW, I’m not a Satanist. I’m a lapsed Catholic, regular guy who just studies how things work. I see how this works.
