RADICAL MEDIA STATEMENT ON IRAN WAR:

1) All war is undesirable and should only ever be a last resort.

2) Military strikes are undesirable but they are not the same thing as all out war.

3) All out World War III remains highly unlikely.

4) This ongoing conflict didn’t just start last night. The joint Israeli / US strikes on Iran, and Iran’s own strikes against regional Sunni Arab countries, will last a specified duration but it is difficult to conceive how they cause regime collapse inside Iran on their own.

5) Once these strikes subside, it is highly unlikely that the US or Israel will commit boots on the ground to bring about regime change inside Iran.

6) After these strikes are over, the people of Iran themselves will be responsible for removing the regime that rules over them, if they so desire.

7) The Iranian people may succeed if figures senior enough inside the Iranian military change sides and abandon Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khameni. This happened to Asad inside Syria, and to Maduro inside Venezuela. This may already be the plan.

8) Without exercising this plan, the Iranian people are unlikely to succeed in changing their own regime.

9) War is diplomacy through other means. Peace is the absence of the practicality of war. These strikes will eventually subside. Peace will then either be achieved with a new power inside Iran, or an exhausted Iranian regime that accepts US terms. It is highly unlikely that there will be all out World War III. We await the opportunity for peace and reassert the need for a grand regional settlement for peace in the shape of renewed peace Accords, named after Cyrus be they, or Abraham.

10) Regardless, the Iranian regime is a sectarian Shi’a Islamist theocracy that was invented by Khomeini in 1979 using his theory of Vilayat al-Faqih (Guardianship of the jurists). Shi’a Islamism, as invented by Khomeini, has no legitimacy in traditional orthodox Shi’a religion, which prohibits ‘ruling in God’s name’ for all except the awaited Messiah (the missing 12th Imam in Shi’a doctrine).
It was to circumvent this prohibition that Khomeini argued that the jurists could ‘guard’ the rule in God’s name on behalf of the awaited Messiah, until he arrives. Khomeini’s heresy is rejected by all orthodox Shi’a Muslims. It is good for humanity when theocracies fall.

In spite of this warning, the US is not about to go to war with Iran.

All that will happen from this warning is that Iran will comply. If it does not, it will lose a few strategic facilities to missile strikes.

A win/win for Trump, and good for the people of Iran. But the Iranian theocracy will still outlast these protests, because protests do not bring about regime change. They never did.

Protests do pressure the regime to adjust, which is what will happen. Such adjustment strengthens incumbency, but weakens ideological dogma. Again, a win/win for Trump.

Trump knows this, and the Iranian theocracy knows this. The Iranian theocracy will make their calculations and proceed accordingly.
It doesn’t really matter if the former head of the CIA (and backstabber to President Trump) Mike Pompeo meant this as a statement of fact, or was merely trolling the Iranian theocracy.

This is the surest way to kill the chances of the protests’ success regardless.

The below attempt by descendant of the Shah, Reza Pahlavi to cast himself as the undisputed leader of these uprisings is unlikely to do much.

Pahlavi is akin to the Bush-era Iraqi Ahmed Chalabi (INC) with little structural capacity, or skin in the game, inside Iran.

The (failure of the) Arab Spring ensured that all countries adapted to the tactic of using social media to commandeer popular uprisings from the outside.

Trump just announced US - not Israeli - direct control over Gaza to rebuild & secure it,
Netanyahu’s face says it all.

For all asking, my summary:

1) Netanyahu wants to directly occupy Gaza
2) Trump dislikes Netanyahu & wants the fighting to end
3) Netanyahu wants war with Iran
4) Trump supports the Abraham Accords regional peace deal & wants war to finish
5) Netanyahu uses Hamas terrorism in Gaza as a pretext for perma-war
6) Trump has publicly blamed Netanyahu for Hamas terrorism on October 7th

7) Ergo: Trump just entirely rug-pulled Netanyahu in Gaza. Nothing is perfect, certainly not Trump. But he’s certainly outmanoeuvred Netanyahu here.

Stop reacting to negotiating tactics as headlines & understand that nothing comes without context.

CrowdStrike was the company the Democratic Party (DNC) used instead of the FBI to download Hilary CLINTON’S SERVER after their files were leaked during the 2016 election.

Crowdstrike blamed Russia for the hack, which led to the Muller Report claiming ‘Russian Collusion’ against Trump, hence his impeachment.

that During a call with Ukrainian President Zelensky in 2019, Trump made a reference to CrowdStrike:

“I would like to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine, they say CrowdStrike . I guess you have one of your wealthy people . The server, they say Ukraine has it.”

Trump added that he’d like to have Attorney General William Barr call “you or your people and I would like you to get to the bottom of it.”
