On his birthday his grandmother took him to Applebee’s . Was staying with grandparents after a “falling out” with bio mom. The grandfather , Mr Reyes , husband of Celia Martinez (unmarried?) has a previous criminal record and “isn’t allowed to be around guns.”
A #borderpatrol OFFICER was who shot the gunman…… how many would have died if someone didn’t shoot Ramos ? But how many would have if #MentalHealthAwareness mattered ?
