As our current host Niko was saying, community members were asking Mayor Jacob Frey questions as he walked in the square, and they were pushed/shoved by members of the MN Freedom Fighters.
The MN Freedom Fighters started off as an organized and armed group doing community patrols to protect houses from arson, the community from threats of the police and from racists and other potentially harmful people.

When investigating how much Denver spends on the ‘sweeps,’ the break-down and clean-up of unhoused peoples’ outdoor communities, Unicorn Riot uncovered that from September 2017 to July 2019, the city paid private clean-up companies approximately $713,692.

Leaked meetings illustrate how Patriot Front’s racially-motivated “actions” are centrally planned down to the minute detail. In this clip from an Oct. 2021 meeting, leader Thomas Rousseau meticulously plans the destruction of a gay pride mural in Olympia, WA:
In another meeting a few days later, members of Patriot Front’s Network 8 - Colton Brown, Jacob Sundt, Richard Flannery & Justin O’Leary, ‘David WA’, ‘Johnny ID’ - planned more specifics of their defacement of the pride mural, which was intended to send an intimidating message.
Patriot Front wrecked the Olympia pride mural, as planned, in the early a.m. of Oct. 16.

The next day, they discussed it in a post-mission debrief held on their self-hosted voice chat server.
