Aldridge- lack of restrictions problematic because the nature of the buildings and the need to keep them warm. This site has no public transport so all users will come by vehicles, road has 7.5 ton limit. Planning inspector refused similar so proposes refusal.

A wonderful demonstration of how local politicians can have scant disregard for the rules & regulations &, as long as you’ve got the right mates, you can do what you want without repercussions. Incredible, the Blue Anchor Boris must be chuffed!
