What is Sashtanga / Ashtang Namaskar

1- Sashtanga Namaskaram.

Salutation with eight Limb (part)

#Thread
Sashtang = Sa+ Asht + Ang

Sa means ‘Sahit’ or ‘Yukt’ or ‘with’
Astam means ‘Eight’
Angam means ‘Parts of the Body’
Namaskaram means ‘Salutation’

Sashtanga / Astang Pranam is a more intense form of salutation done using eight parts of the body.
It is used to express not only reverence but also surrender and allegiance. It is commonly practiced during ritual worship at homes, in temples and in front of spiritual gurus.

Its simple meaning is
"I am offering my prana (breath or life) to you."

and pattern changes as part of the 'fight-or-flight response'.

(The fight or flight response is an automatic physiological reaction to an event that is perceived as stressful or frightening. The perception of threat activates the sympathetic nervous system
and triggers an acute stress response that prepares the body to fight or flee.)

Fortunately, we have the power to deliberately change our breathing. Scientific studies have shown that controlling our breath can help to manage stress and stress-related conditions.

The time has come to take
back Our Pride, Our Monuments which was deceitfully snatched from us!

(Pls read all 3 questionnaires carefully)

Yes, we know it is 'Dhruv Stambh' not Qutub Minar, which was built by d Greatest Hindu Emperor Maharaja Vikramaditya of Ujjain & not by any-
Qutub-ud-din Aibak in the 12th century.

If we look at Qutub Minar from the top angle, it shows a lotus of 24 petals.

Lotus is definitely not an 'is-lamic' symbol, but it is an ancient Vedic symbol and the creator Brahmaji is said to have been born from a lotus that emerged from
Bhagwan Vishnu's navel.

There is a township adjoining the Qutub Minar known as 'Mehrauli'. That is a Sanskrit word 'Mihira-awali'. It signifies the township where the well-known astronomer Varaha-Mihira of Vikramaditya's court lived along with his helpers,

Naga Sadhus: The Protector of Sanatan Dharma, Defeated Aurangzeb Defending Kashi Vishwanath temple in 1664

Naga Sadhus! when we hear about them, we have the wrong idea of naked sadhus with ash in body but they protected the Hindu religion many times

#Thread
They are sacred infantry without payroll to protect their ‘Hindu Dharma’ against Is-lamic
Invaders and then the British.

Nagas’s guru was Dattatreya, the incarnation of the Trinity – Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahadev.

The Dashanami sampradaya of monastic tradition is attributed to
Dattatreya was organized into 4 mutts by Adi Shankaracharya.

Besides the mutts, he also organized a section of warrior sadhus to protect Sanatana Dharma. Later they came to be known as ‘Naga Sadhus’.

They have no fear of death and their weapons have been the
