As Lines Between Security, Politics, And Economics Blur, India Navigates Through Waters Of Uncertainty swarajyamag.com/world/as-lines…
"Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been consistent in alerting Indians that the world order will change after Covid. But most of us, who didn’t see the World War, couldn’t relate to the sentiment. The bigger picture is now emerging, and it's scary."
"In the past, we saw crises on select fronts. Now all fronts are open, and all rules are meant to be broken. We are neither unipolar nor a multipolar world. No one knows where we are. It is time to hedge every risk from political, defence, and food to loan defaults"
"Now when China is fumbling, others are watching from the sidelines. Like the typical e-commerce rush to burn cash in the hope of emerging as the last man standing; all prominent powers in the world are in a race to protect or enhance the political hegemony."
"The RCEP agreement came into force in January. But this week, Australia, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam joined the 13-member US-led Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF)."
"Clearly, many members of RCEP and IPEF will be working at cross-purposes, if not in letter, then in spirit. The more crucial question is: if security groupings start promoting trade and investment what will be the future of trade blocks?"
"The world is looking for a new growth anchor that can help reduce dependence on China. The immediate task for India is to claim a leadership position in terms of growth and investment, without compromising its fiscal balance."
"It would have been good if the Opposition sided with the government in this critical period. If that doesn’t come and India can survive the test, the Opposition will lose all claim to have contributed to India’s growth."

The game is really quite simple.

* Create a narrative, that it is perfectly "secular" to demand precedence of "religion", over the Constitution of India.

* Depend on the fact that most Indians think "secular" means treating all communities equally.

theprint.in/india/interfer…
Don't tell anyone that "secular" means that the State has nothing to do with religion.

Therefore, the Indian State, if truly 'secular' should have firmly and decisively implemented the Uniform Civil Code as directed in the Constitution from Day 1.
It is purely political appeasement of the Ashram Muslim leadership, which now leads them to think that blackmail & threats of violence, will enable them to keep a vice-like hold on the 85% majority native Pasmanda Muslims, who are their vote-banks & cannon-fodder during riots.

"Had God not been repelling some people by means of some others, the monasteries, the churches, the synagogues and the mosques, where God’s name is abundantly remembered, would have been demolished” (22:40). theprint.in/opinion/should…
"That these guidelines were more honoured in the breach than observance is an irony which soon gave rise to the cult of But- Shikan, the iconoclastic warrior, who smashed idols & demolished temples. If this trend has been a paradox, the contradiction should be acknowledged & resolved
"if the poet Iqbal could still have no qualms in singing, “Di azaneń kabhi Europe ke kalisaoń meiń (we called azan in the churches of Europe), it shows that Islam as an imperial ideology had diverged widely from its pristine spirituality."

You said "great movie" as if it was just any other movie and Kashmiri Hindus had not suffered the horrors which were depicted.

If you have any facts to contest what was depicted in Kashmir Files based on witness testimonies please let me know.
I will personally take it up with @vivekagnihotri.

Against the testimonies of all those witnesses, you have a young man's outburst.

What is he so terribly indignant about? That the Govt.is unable to protect him & he is afraid for his life & his fellows.
From whom? From Jihadi terrorists.

Who is he saying is protecting/helping them now? Kashmiri Muslims in whose houses they are staying.

Who are the people providing information about where these people are staying and safe houses/communication, food, weapons, money,

"Modi govt doesn’t take decisions that will please people, but those are good for them: Amit Shah

Speaking at a book launch, HM Shah said Modi is a great listener. “You might forget what you said to him. But even after 5 years he will remember & remind you that you said this”
"While speaking at the event, Naidu said even Modi’s detractors agree he is a phenomenon, whether they like it or not. “Under his leadership, India is respected across the world. Modi gave a three line mantra – reform, perform and transform—which he lives by…"

"Modi exhibits ‘risk-taking at the highest level’: NSA Doval in new book on PM | Latest News India - Hindustan Times" hindustantimes.com/india-news/mod…
"The second aspect, according to the NSA, is that the strikes were a political call taken by the Prime Minister, “which meant he was taking responsibility not only for success, but also for failure”. “This exhibited risk-taking at the highest level — a quality shown by very few."
"According to Doval, the strike was so effective that the then Pakistan leadership “castigated its ground formations for failing to block even one strike team”, despite having a large number of forward deployed troops."
