Um, yes it is - it's called the #SecondAmendment.

In fact, the supportive clause says so explicitly; the express purpose of a militia is to hunt human beings.
A brief grammar lesson for those who are in apparent need of such:

The active phrase of the #SecondAmendment simply reads "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed".

Fourteen simple words, but there's a LOT to unpack here.
In simplest terms, it means unequivocally that the US Government (and, by extension, State Governments) are expressly prohibited from making any general laws to limit, undermine, or otherwise encroach upon the public's #ConstitutionalRight to own and use firearms.
This does *NOT* exclude individuals on a case-by-case basis.

A specific person (through #DueProcess) can have their individual right to keep and/or bear arms curtailed and/or eliminated - no such restriction may be applied to the populace as a whole.

With me so far?
Now for the supportive clause: "A well regulated militia being necessary for the security of a free state".

This is the part many people have difficult understanding, due in no small part to the plasticity of language. To elaborate further in context of 18th-century usage:
"Well regulated" does NOT mean bureaucratic oversight (ie - 'regulations') but rather that something operates smoothly and efficiently without supervision. A well regulated timepiece, for example, reliably keeps accurate time - you can rest assured that its information is true.
"Militia" is a military force raised from among the general population in time of need. It means that each and every citizen can be called upon at any time to serve their community and/or country in a military capacity.

One of those civic duties, like serving on a jury at need.
Part and parcel to militia duty is bearing arms - *serious* arms, including the M16 which was developed from the civilian AR-15 and is essentially an AR-15 on steroids. Quite a number of military arms are vastly more powerful, many of which are *true* assault weapons!
More than simply loading and shooting a firearm, a soldier/militia needs to be able to maintain and service their weapon(s) independently - your gun jams in combat, you can't exactly call tech support and wait on hold for someone to tell you how to unjam it; you're on your own!
Now put the two together:

Because a citizen can be called upon at any time to serve in a military capacity, and they will need to bear arms efficiently and effectively, they need the opportunity to gain familiarity and practice with such weapons in their civilian lives.
The #SecondAmendment is analogous to the phrase:

"Because it might rain, your right to carry and use an umbrella is sacrosanct."

No specification as to what sort of umbrella you choose to carry. You're free to use an umbrella even when it isn't raining.
