Did you know that Rafael Grossi, head of International Atomic Energy Agency let it slip at Davos Forum few days ago that Ukraine, a non nuclear country had 30 tons of plutonium & 40 tons of “enriched” Uranium at Zaporizhia plant.

Now they are not sure where it went.
#Thread
Quick history recap, so during Soviet collapse & Ukraine independence, 1/3 of entire Russian nuclear arsenal was on Ukrainian territory (east soviet border).
It was in everyone’s interest when 1994 Ukraine agreed to transfer & destroy these weapons under Budapest Memorandum.
+
In exchange for giving up nuclear weapons, Ukraine received huge financial compensation, as well as security assurances.

same time Ukraine also signed The Minsk agreement under which it promised to end the war in Donbas region and persecution of Russian ethnic people.
+
But after Ukrainian regime change (cough coup) in 2014, Ukraine discarded the Minsk agreement and started shelling Donbas.

Btw 2014 to 22 Ukraine asked 4 times to renegotiate Budapest Memorandum.

Zelenskyy even threaten to chuck it completely at Munich security conference
+ ImageImage
His threat was : let us crush Donbas Russians or else we will restart military nuclear program”

This speech was made on Feb 19th. Russia started its military operation on Feb 24th.

Zaporizhia plant was top targets of Military operation + bio labs. It was captured on 2nd day+
On March 4, Russia had started to transfer tons of this nuclear fuel. Plutonium is sold at $5k to $11k per gram depending upon degree of enrichment. So that’s $150billion just for plutonium.

Ukraine a nonnuclear country, which had given up entire stocks to Russia under NNPT +
Where did Ukraine find all these Nuclear material, where did it come from and who paid for it?

What is the enrichment level of Uranium captured and who enriched it?

Most importantly how reliable is International Atomic Energy Agency which kept this as secret till last week?
All these international organisations and agencies who proudly declare themselves to be world organisations now appear to be just a sham, actually working in interest of selected few powerful countries.

We all know U.S is involved in numerous “Regime Change Ops”

But Did you know they selectively use 'Internet freedom’ or 'censorship' as per their convenience to remove unwanted governments?

Brief history 🧵 Image
1. The story starts in the 80s : How 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐔.𝐒. 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭.

• DARPA : Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency linked four supercomputers as an experiment to handle massive data transfers.

• Later, the National Science Foundation (NSF) assumed responsibility for this operations, they multiplied the network across thousands of universities and, ultimately, the general public, creating the architecture and scaffolding of the World Wide Web.

• US intelligence community was seeding funding to the most promising supercomputing efforts across academia through an unclassified, highly compartmentalized program that was managed for the CIA and the NSA.

• The intent was to track digital fingerprints inside the expanding World Wide Web. They wanted to track like-minded groups of people across the internet and identify them from the digital fingerprints. Example terrorists, dissenting political parties, protesting groups, etc.
𝟐. 𝟗𝟎𝐬 : 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦

• Free speech was championed by the Pentagon, US State Department, and the CIA to support dissident groups around the world in order to help them overthrow unfavourable government.

• Internet free speech allowed Instant regime change operations to be able to facilitate the foreign policy establishment's state Department agenda.

Key takeaway from Russian President Vladimir Putin’s interview with Tucker Carlson.

Thread 🧵 Image
1. 𝐏𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐒 𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫.

• To use the dollar as a tool of foreign policy struggle is one of the biggest strategic mistakes made by the US political leadership.

• I would not like to use any strong language but it is a stupid thing to do and a grave mistake.

• Look at what is going on in the world: Even the United States allies are now downsizing their dollar reserves. Seeing this, everyone starts looking for ways to protect themselves. But the fact that the United States applies restrictive measures to certain countries such as placing restrictions on transactions, freezing assets, etc., causes great concern and sends a signal to the whole world.

• What did we have here [in Russia]? Until 2022, about 80% of Russian foreign trade transactions were made in US Dollars and Euros. US Dollars accounted for approximately 50% of our transactions with third countries, while currently it is down to 13%.

• It wasn't us who banned the use of the US dollar. We had no such intention. It was the decision of the United States to restrict our transactions in US Dollars.

• I think it is complete foolishness from the point of view of the interests of the United States itself and its taxpayers, as it damages the US economy, undermines the power of the United States across the world.
2. 𝐏𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐒.

• If memory serves me right, back in 1992, the share of the G7 countries in the world economy amounted to 47%, whereas in 2022, it was down to, I think, a little over 30%.

• The BRICS countries accounted for only 16% in 1992, but now their share is greater than that of the G7.

• It has nothing to do with the events in Ukraine; this is due to the trends of global development and world economy... and this is inevitable.

• This will keep happening. It is like the rise of the sun; you cannot prevent the sun from rising; you have to adapt to it.

• How do the United States adapt?
With the help of force, sanctions, pressure, bombings, and use of armed forces. This is about self-conceit.

• Your political establishment does not understand that the world is changing under objective circumstances, and in order to preserve your level, even if someone aspires, pardon me, to the level of dominance, you have to make the right decisions in a competent and timely manner.

Such brutal actions, including with regard to Russia and, say, other countries, are counterproductive.

This is an obvious fact; it has already become evident.

India is accusing US of directly interfering in upcoming Bangladesh elections.

Allegedly, India has conveyed to U.S. that Biden admin is destabilizing Hasina government and promoting BNP-Jamaat alliance which raises serious security concerns for India & South Asia.+
2. India's external affairs ministry believes that Jamaat-e-Islami is being given 'political immunity' by the U.S.

India believes Dhaka will be taken over by radical fundamentalism if Jamaat comes to power and the somewhat liberal environment that exists in Bangladesh will vanish.
3. US portrays Jamaat as an Islamic political organization and downplays it's threat by comparing it with Muslim Brotherhood.

But in reality Jamaat is in the hands of radical fundamentalists and Pakistan.

They are also involved in murders of Hindus & destruction of temples.

Did you know European Commission is currently investigating India’s PLI scheme, and if it is found that PLI scheme violates WTO rules, they will impose sanctions and fines.

First EU’s carbon tax targeting Indian exports and now this?
#Thread
1. On 12th July EU introduced Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) act.

Rgulation will scrutinise foreign countries operating/exporting good into the EU who provides subsidies that distort competition.

India’s production-linked incentive PLI scheme will be the biggest target.
2. What type of subsidies will be scrutinised?

FSR act will monitor financial contribution from non-EU governments including Direct grants, low-interest loans, tax incentives on goods or services at below-market prices, and provision of land or buildings at below-market prices.
