Debunking all the misinformation and bullshit I’ve heard so far, a thread:

1. Ambers photos showed no injuries. She went on and on in her histrionic rant about how brutal the attacks were then proceeded to show pictures that depicted no injuries. No bruising, no swelling, nothing. She had one video of Johnny slamming cabinets, saying he wasnt mad…

…no way to check if they were authentic. Overrall, it was a sloppy trial. They spent five days talking about Johnnys drug use, it was ridiculous. Not to mention, the judges own son worked for the defendants in the case. Not what I would call “unbiased.” Judge Penney herself…

…gross misrepresentation. They had to discuss everything, look at their notes, listen to tapes, and more.

3. Lets look at this from a different perspective.

Choice number 1: 3 week trial by judge, one person, whose son works for the defendant.

Choice number 2: 6 week trial…

…by a 7 person jury who have no bias towards either side.

Answer is pretty clear. Sounds like someone is hurt that there was no bias and this was a full and fair trial. And it is absolutely ridiculous to think that the trial being televised had any affect on the verdict.

Cameras or no cameras, it wouldn’t have affected the jury in any way. This was a completely responsible trial.

4. Nope. This is not what the verdict said. I swear some people need to learn what “defamation” means. Johnny proved that Amber lied and acted with actual malice.

And since she LIED, that is why she cant talk about it. No one has the right to openly lie and defame someone else. So her claim of freedom of speech, is null and void.

5. There is another way to put it, a much more reasonable and realistic way, actually. They werent biased.

They saw all of the evidence and what we have seen for years. She lied. She was never a victim. The media has always been swayed towards Amber, her PR teams works around the clock, it certainly wouldn’t have helped Johnny.

6. This is not a setback for women or victims. This opens up the conversation that #BelieveAllWomen is dangerous. We need to stop believing people based off gender. While, yes most victims are women, it certainly doesn’t mean all victims are women. There is a serious double…

…standard when it comes to men being abused and speaking up. You cant trust anyone on their word. Every accusation should be taken seriously, but it’s innocent until proven guilty. There needs to be evidence.

7. Amber, in no way, had her freedom of speech taken away. She, for years touted herself on being a “strong survivor,” she built a career off of it. Off of dragging her victims name through the coals. She went unchecked for far too long, until Johnny stood up for…

…himself and pushed back. She never had the right to lie about him. After years or thinking she was above the law, her entitlement was finally put in check. She is not a survivor, she is an abuser.
