#Zelensky June 3st
"There are three words we have been fighting for for a hundred days already after eight years: "peace, victory, Ukraine."
1/ I'm sorry, I'll write what I think necessary to write. What the Syrians experience, the Jews experienced during the Second World War. We have all seen since 2011 the massacres of civilians there, perpetrated by the Assad regime with Putin, whether in Eastern Ghouta, Aleppo,
2/ we see recently the Tadamon massacre. I myself saw these babies killed, these families of the ghouta who lived besieged for 5 years without water or electricity, under the bombs. The massacres, the imprisonments for the simple fact of opposing the regime.
3/ The tortures at Seydnayah prison. The crematory ovens there. Then these families who are going. 6 millions of refugees. That have been denied of their refugees rights. Some try to come in Europe. In Greece they are arrested, beaten, humiliated, some died of cold this winter.
Two Reuters journalists were injured and a driver died after their vehicle came under fire on their way to the city of Sievierodonetsk in the Luhansk region this Friday.
2/ "During a reporting trip, two Reuters journalists were slightly injured during shelling on the road to Severodonetsk. They were traveling in a car provided by Russian-backed separatists, driven by a person designated by the separatists.
3/ The driver of the vehicle died," a Reuters spokesman said.
It is noted that "the agency expresses deep condolences to the driver's family on the occasion of the loss."
#Zelensky June 3st 1/ "Peace", "victory", "Ukraine" - three words for which we have been fighting for 100 days, after eight years - "
Exactly 100 days ago, we all woke up to a different reality: when we were awakened not by the sun's rays, but by rocket explosions.
2/ In 2014, Russia came to us with one word: "war". On February 24, Russia added another to it, making the phrase "full-scale war.
And for 100 days we found or received, saw or wanted to erase other words. Painful words. And those who give us hope. words.
3/ It will be right to remember everyone today. One hundred days - one hundred words.
First of all, these are two words: "our heroes".
And then - Ukrainian words: "palyanitsa", "Armed Forces", "Stugna", "Kozak", "Snake" and ... Of course, "Chornobaivka".
1/The mother of a soldier, who was in Azovstal, Mariupol: "I wasn't as scared as I am now, when you don't know what's wrong with them."
Ilya Samoilenko's mother said that when her son was at the plant, she was in constant contact with him.
2/ But after the Ukrainian military left the "Azovstal", she doesn't know and doesn't understand where he is.
Ilya Samoilenko is an officer of the "Azov" headquarters management. He has been defending Mariupol since the first days of the war.
3/ Also, a few days ago, the sister of the commander of the 36th Separate Marine Brigade, Serhiy Volynsky, called on the world to ask for the return of "Azovstal's" heroes home:
1/The BBC spoke to residents of the occupied Kherson region who had been tortured by the Russians. Here are their stories:
Aleksandr Huz:
After the Russians occupied the village, Russian soldiers detained him. "They tied one rope around the neck and
2/the other around wrists," he recalls. During the interrogation, they forced him to stand with his legs wide apart. When I did not answer them, they would hit me between my legs. When I fell, I started to suffocate. When you try to get up, they hit you. Then they ask you again."
3/ Oleg Baturin:
A few days after the capture of Kherson, the man was abducted. "They shouted, 'On your knees!" he says. They blindfolded me... and put my hands behind my back. They hit my back, my ribs, and my legs... They kicked me and hit me with a rifle butt.
