So they banned any type of gun for under 18 and under 21. It was done in a very odd way. First they ban all sub autos then follow it up with banning anything that is not a sub auto. It's like banning bananas and then banning everything that's not a banana. This is bananas. 🍌🍌

On the bright side they'll let 18 year olds weild weapons for the government. They made sure to include that.

Well now you can't buy a firearm for another person. I'll keep digging.

You can't even ask someone too. If you do it's a felony.

If you violate these you will not go to jail for longer than ten years. But you will have to forfeit all firearms in your possession.

This is very important if you have homemade firearm by any means you must have a serial number engraved by a licensed individual. You have 30 months to do this after the bill is passed into law. After 30 months it's pretty much illegal to make or manufacture any part of your gun

If you own a ghost gun (any non serialized gun) you will be breaking the law. You have 30 months after bill is passed to get it serialized.

It will be illegal to sell a machine used for manufacturing guns or ammunition to an individual after bill is passed
It will be illegal to own a machine that manufacturers guns unless you are licensed.

You have 180 days after bill is passed to get rid of any gun manufacturing machines with the sole purpose of manufacturing guns. Or you are now a felon, congratulations.

If you don't up to one year in federal prison. With multiple charges up to 5 years

If you have a gun that is not stored in a safe or on your person while a person under 18 or a person who cannot legally own a firearm is residing with you, you will be fined 500$ and forfeit said firearm. Basically keep your gun in a safe or daddy gov will steal it.

If a minor gets your gun and does literally anything with it from suicide to to kill a deer you will go to jail for maximum of five years.

You have 180 days to get a safe folks. Or you are probably a felon. (If you get caught)

Beautiful, up to 10 million will be granted to each federal program that will help people get safes. ANNUALLY! EACH! 10MILLION! WTF!

Interesting there will be a 10% tax credit for a purchase of a safe up to 400$ at first I thought were getting unconstitutionally assaulted but now I can see they care about us LMAO.

Those cheap bastards, the gun safe tax relief only applies till 2030.

They're redefining bump stocks as any modification that increases fire rate. Gun enthusiast's please elaborate on what that means or could mean.

Banning 10+ round magazines. They expect you to forfeit them over to the government. UNLESS. YOU ARE PRIVATE SECURITY AND OR AUTHORIZED BY THE GOVERNMENT. HMMM there's a shocker. We don't get the same protection as the blue check marks. Great.
