When someone creates a piece of work, you have to judge it by the criteria that it sets for itself.
The question Matt Walsh sets out to answer is #whatisawomen? Not 'The History of the Fightback'. He's answering it from his own perspective, which he makes abundently clear right
at the start.
It's been made for people don't know what is going on and have not realised that professionals, especially those in putting children on this path, are basically idiots or coming from a dark place.
Many are complaining that feminists weren't included in the documentary, but would you have included Matt Walsh in your documentary or your book? Or would you have been happy to read a book or film which had included him or someone like him?
The fact is the documentary delivers in spades, in what it has set out to do, and is going to move the conversation on in the US significantly I imagine.
Not only that, it stands up in its own terms in doing what all good documentaries should do, even if you happened to be on the other side of the conversation, with the camera work being superb. It is actually a piece of art.
Just to add Deborah Soh is in the film, a feminist who has debunked gender in a book, which has been recommended to me several times.
Also Scott Newgent who is also gender critical.
These voices were included.

The Crown Prosecution Service have employed this larping man in a role as a Speak Out Champion. Does this mean he will have access to victims of crime I wonder?
Ian McKellen just being interviewed about Stonewall and the BBC withdrawing from their workplace Index. Pretending not to understand the issues or why the BBC withdrew.
Swiftly moving moving onto a name drop about George Bernard Shaw.
Now on licence fee - defending it. You don't know what you don't know apparently. Doesn't like the BBC being attacked.
Now on culture wars and how the BBC have handled it well. McKellen thinks they've done it well.
Interviewer says some issues are very difficult to discuss publicly now. McKellen believes that the BBC does this well (but neither of them are mentioning any examples).
Live tweeting of Cambridge Uni's 'TERF grammar book' webinar to commence ... so far a disappointing number of people have bothered to add pronouns to their profiles.
Welcomes from the host. Introduces Breslow who is from LSE. Broad interests - trans feminism, colonialism (i.e. not broad interests at all). Current study is American social justice with BLM and trans feminine studies thrown in.
Also displacement of unwanted sexuality. Also written about #metoo. Of course.
Breslow starting talk. Slide about TERF Grammar Book. Part of wider project. Has done research on 'trans childhood'.
The ladies toilets on the first floor (i.e. 8-9 measly cubicles) have been made mixed sex , but the boys get to keep their toilets. Yes I did pass several men in the queue when I came out, which was when I realised. Livid.
We are being called back to our seats and the queue for the ladies is about 20 women plus some men.
I also noticed that people were using the disabled loo too, so losers all around, unless you happen to have a dick.
