What is most likely a reactivated MiG-29 from the Ukrainian Falcons, now in service again for the UAF.

Back in April, a US defense official said that Ukraine was able to add about 20 more operational aircraft to its fleet, primarily due to an influx of spare parts.
This Mig-29 is carrying a mix of R-27R (AA-10 Alamo) semi-active-radar-homing BVR and R-73 (AA-11 Archer) short-range infrared homing missiles. Ukraine still retains about 80 MiG-29s in various states of repair/disrepair.
I believe I located this specific airframe, seen here in its bright colors at Vasylkiv Air Base in 2019, stored with other MiG-29s from the 40th Tactical Aviation Brigade.
Did some additional digging, it looks like the aircraft was last operational sometime in 2018, here it is taking up a ramp spot on 6/18 and previous satellite imagery shows it frequently moving, it then sits in the same storage spot from 6/19 to 3/20.
It most likely was operational, and then through parts availability issues was put into storage. After new parts were made available it was one of the better candidates.

Biden opinion article in the NYT, here are some of the important quotes-

Biden- "I’ve decided that we will provide the Ukrainians with more advanced rocket systems and munitions that will enable them to more precisely strike key targets on the battlefield in Ukraine."
"America’s goal is straightforward: We want to see a democratic, independent, sovereign and prosperous Ukraine with the means to deter and defend itself against further aggression."
"We will also continue reinforcing NATO’s eastern flank with forces and capabilities from the United States and other allies. And just recently, I welcomed Finland’s and Sweden’s applications to join NATO, a move that will strengthen overall U.S. and trans-Atlantic security"

.@PentagonPresSec on additional aid to Ukraine- "We're going to marshal and use that resource just as smartly as we've done for the last sets of drawdown packages, the last 10 that we've done. And the next one will be 11. We're going to be smart about this...
... and we're going to be in lockstep with the Ukrainians and with our allies and partners about it. And, 11 won't be the end of it. There will be more."
On the grain issue- "The international community is deeply concerned about grain shipments coming out of Ukraine and the blockade, and the effect that the blockade is having. And you've seen some European nations be willing to accept grain by rail...

Per @PentagonPresSec's briefing today, the US has delivered "well over about 160,000" of the 208,000 155mm rounds allocated for Ukraine and "more than 80" of the 108 howitzers.
@PentagonPresSec Also, on the grain situation in Ukraine "Now they're [the Russians are] using economic tools as weapons, they're weaponizing food. They're weaponizing economic assistance. I guess we shouldn't be surprised by that... They're weaponizing food...
@PentagonPresSec ...the administration is in discussion with our international partners and allies about how best to address this."
