"Most women would rather have a baby than a job." I don't know whether this is true, but I enjoy seeing something that seems intuitively appealing asserted with such confidence. emmaecollins.substack.com/p/pregnancy-is… Image

Before it became a liberal cause, gay marriage was one part of an intramural dispute between LG who wanted to create a defined and stable identity within bourgeois society and Queer theorists who wanted to subvert heteronormativity and identity entirely
The bizarre hybrid gender ideology that both radicalizes and hypostatizes identity through medical intervention now being taught to elementary school children showed you could both subvert bourgeois society and make oneself coextensive with it by capturing its institutions
Gay marriage supporters wanted to ally with bourgeois society to marginalize Queer theory. They did not want to be a Trojan horse for injection of Queer theory into bourgeois society. And yet here we are -- with the postulates of Queer theory being taught as axiomatic

According to this article in a Stanford University conservative student publication, DEI managers in Santa Clara County earn $147K a year while engineers earn $127K. stanfordreview.org/woke-watch-sta…
The DEI managers in other words are hired to increase hiring of diverse candidates in an engineering field who have no incentive to become engineers rather than DEI managers
Take a pay cut to do painstaking technical work

Get a raise to surveil and bully and harangue other people over a problem that will always exist so long as you get paid more for managing the problem
