As you know, there has been a historic sales run on legal handguns nationwide. Distributors, retailers, staff and the CFO’s are working around the clock to process them all.

At this point it will take months, realistically, to get the queue cleared.
Public Safety has assured industry that all transfers initiated to the CFO will be processed up until the “freeze” OIC is implemented. That can happen any day or that can be this fall.

So if you’ve bought something, you’ll get it, but you’re going to need some patience.

Calling gun shops and/or the CFO repeatedly to see if your transfer is done further bogs down an already crushed system. Please stop that.
