The reasoning behind the people saying "give it up bro, this WAS the reveal, and all tokens are exactly the same, and there will be no second reveal" is that if Sartoshi just disappeared with the blog post, it wouldn't make sense for him to come back and do a "second reveal".
But if you think about it, if the whole point is to walk away from the community completely, why would he specifically host it on his heroku server instead of simply hosting on IPFS, which he already knows how to do, and is best for "completely walking away"?
I do think that whatever happens, if he really wanted to walk away, he will at some point switch out the heroku links to IPFS links. And when that happens, it may still be the same tokens, but also it could be when the actual "second reveal" happens.
