Josh Richman is an actor, writer, director and producer, as well as a friend of Johnny Depp's since the 1980s, when he appeared on three episodes of '21 Jump Street' as the character Ronnie Seebok. In November 2019, he provided a Declaration in the Depp v. Heard case.

Josh Richman attended Johnny Depp's wedding to Amber Heard, February 7, 2015, on Mr. Depp's island in the Bahamas. In his 2019 Declaration, he recounts the wedding, the impression of Mr. Depp's friends & Ms. Heard's behavior. It's a chilling read.

Mr. Richman says over the past six years the Depp support community on social media built itself; men, women domestic violence survivors & they disseminated the evidence, the testimonials, so much so many knew what was going to transpire during this trial.

Mr. Richman says Mr. Depp is not press hungry, so the world's never seen Johnny Depp as they saw him during this trial.

Mr. Richman says Kate Moss was "p*ssed off." He says Amber Heard has herself to blame for Kate Moss wanting to testify.

Mr. Richman says Amber Heard claims she cannot afford an appeal yet was renting a "$30K" a month house the whole time the trial was taking place in Virginia.

Mr. Richman says "someone who makes rockets & cars" alluding to Elon Musk is paying for all this, right after he says he won't get into who the father of Amber Heard's daughter Oonaugh is.

Mr. Richman says, "appeals are much harder."

Mr. Richman says Johnny Depp's win in Virginia against Amber Heard was the second greatest thing in his life, to his own son's birth.
