Josh Richman is an actor, writer, director and producer, as well as a friend of Johnny Depp's since the 1980s, when he appeared on three episodes of '21 Jump Street' as the character Ronnie Seebok. In November 2019, he provided a Declaration in the Depp v. Heard case.
Josh Richman attended Johnny Depp's wedding to Amber Heard, February 7, 2015, on Mr. Depp's island in the Bahamas. In his 2019 Declaration, he recounts the wedding, the impression of Mr. Depp's friends & Ms. Heard's behavior. It's a chilling read.

Mr. Richman's Declaration⬇️
I've been asked to cover Josh Richman's guest appearance on the podcast 'Behind the Baller' w/ Ben Baller. I'm only going to address Mr. Richman's comments about Depp v. Heard & his friendship with Johnny Depp.

You can listen to the entire podcast here: podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/beh…
'21 Jump Street' Tidbit: Ronnie Seebok's wardrobe was actually much of Josh Richman's own wardrobe in 'Beseiged' parts 1 & 2.

Ben Baller met Johnny Depp at Josh Richman's birthday party.

The following is abbreviated & the podcast worth the listen imho
Josh Richman about the Depp v. Heard verdict: He's my family, Johnny is, and anyone that has ever known him, knows the stuff that's been said about him is not possible. People don't start becoming like that in their fifties. There's no woman out there that has ever said...
anything like that. "[Amber Heard] was rotten from the start." It's a Godd*amn victory lap. This is major.

Mr. Richman says he just got back from London & after the trial, he & Mr. Depp laughed/cried.

Mr. Richman says he was there for the first week of the trial.
Mr. Richman says Hollywood, the...media tried to destroy him. He says he was there for the 6 years of this & intrinsically involved. He says Mr. Depp rose up & fought & now like a Pheonix he is rising from the ashes.
Mr. Richman says Mr. Depp has changed the world. It's not bad for women, it is bad for [Amber Heard].

Mr. Richman says to go through it all, Adam Waldman, Mr. Depp's lawyer built that case, with witnesses & he got those tapes out; he's the unsung hero. He says being close to...
Adam Waldman & going through the UK trial, he "had an encyclopedic knowledge" of the evidence. He says, he was "living and...breathing it. It was H*ll."

Mr. Richman says when Mr. Depp hit the stand & he wanted it televised because nobody would put this story out, the real...
truth. He says having it televised, having it streamed, everybody could see it. It changed for Mr. Depp. And then he says in week 3 when Amber Heard got on the stand & gave the single worst performance, she sunk herself. He says Team Depp started to feel it change.
Mr. Richman says over the past six years the Depp support community on social media built itself; men, women domestic violence survivors & they disseminated the evidence, the testimonials, so much so many knew what was going to transpire during this trial.
Mr. Richman says Mr. Depp is not press hungry, so the world's never seen Johnny Depp as they saw him during this trial.

Mr. Richman says Mr. Depp's always been super chill, when he's been around him.

Mr. Richman says Mr. Depp successfully won his lawsuits via settlement...
against Rob Mandel & Joel Mandel, The Management Group (TMG) & Jacob Bloom & Alan Hergott, of Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal LaViolette Feldman Schenkman & Goodman, LLP. He says they were all crooks. And he says TMG/Bloom got in with the divorce lawyers that were involved in...
all this; all of them had "their hands in the cookie jar." He says they didn't think Mr. Depp would fight back & they miscalculated.

Mr. Richman says he was at Mr. Depp's "rotten wedding" to Amber Heard.

Mr. Richman says he has never heard anyone say a good thing @ Amber Heard.
Mr. Richman says when Mr. Depp & Amber Heard started dating, he was warned by people in the industry & others, that Mr. Depp needs to look out. He says anyone that ever brought her up to him told him to tell Mr. Depp to run.
Mr. Richman says Steve Bing was very close with Tasya Van Ree, who Amber assaulted in 2009, told him Amber Heard was "rotten."

Mr. Richman says he heard "terrible" things about Amber Heard from countless people in the industry, from people that knew her.
Mr. Richman says the moment he met Amber Heard at a party for 'The Rum Diaries,' at the Chateau Marmont, says a friend of his Frankie Delgato, who hung out with her previously told him she was a lesbian. He says Johnny Depp then introduced him to Amber Heard, and he says he...
told her Frankie says "hi." He says Amber Heard looked him dead in the face and said, "I don't know who that is." He says he thought then, "This lying a*s." He says she lied to my face.

Mr. Richman says Mr. Depp did know, because people didn't "pull strings around him."
Mr. Richman says Mr. Depp's wedding to Amber Heard was "more brutal." He says Mr. Depp always knew Amber Heard was going to be up to something like this.

Mr. Richman says after 6 years of this "world turning on him," & the business turning on him, this is "a huge victory."
Mr. Richman says Mr. Depp's living his best life & all.

Mr. Richman says Mr. Depp's been very even keeled about it, much more so than his friends & family.

Mr. Richman says this has been a rough ride, he notes the bias in Mr. Justice Nicol's verdict, in a trial in which...
Amber Heard was a mere witness for The Sun, and he also mentions similar things we in the Depp support community have mentioned, the tangled web of connections Mr. Justice Nicol had involving the trial.

Mr. Richman says the turning point in the US trial was Mr. Depp's...
testimony, Ms. Heard's testimony.

Mr. Richman says Mr. Depp's always been a big contributor to Make-A-Wish.

Mr. Richman says Mr. Depp is so beloved.

Mr. Richman says many influential people told Mr. Depp not to take Amber Heard to court, & have since called to say...
they were wrong.

Mr. Richman says Mr. Depp conveyed to them, to his friends, he could not let every child he's met & others thinking Amber Heard malicious lies about me are true. And he felt compelled to clear his name.
Mr. Richman says while he & others were "tripping," Mr. Depp remained "super even." He says during the trial though there were a lot of emotions.

Mr. Richman says, "We had to have that one b*tch thrown out of the court for handing out fake stuff."
Mr. Richman says for what Mr. Depp's been through & for what was weighing on his shoulders, he remained remarkable "even keeled."

TBC
Mr. Richman says while waiting for the verdict, Mr. Depp remained "even keeled" and felt he had gotten the truth out there, the evidence regardless of the verdict.

Mr. Richman says even at a celebratory dinner 5/27/22, after closing arguments when Amber Heard got decimated...
again, Mr. Depp was "really chill & really unburdened."

Mr. Richman says Sal Jenco (a former friend, bandmate from The Kids, & Blowfish on '21 Jump Street), was to run the Viper Room because Mr. Depp believed he could trust him.
Mr. Richman says Sal Jenco ran the Viper Room for years for Johnny Depp. He says he thinks Mr. Jenco had a midlife crisis & the Viper Room got lost because of his nefarious actions. He says Mr. Depp is a loyal guy & it was a lot to take. He says Mr. Depp trusts...
people a lot & he's been robbed by lawyers, managers, & is no longer in Mr. Depp's life or the lives of his friends.

Mr. Richman says Sal Jenco lost the Viper Room. He says it got bad. There was a lot of excess going on under his management.
Mr. Richman says there is a crazy story about the Viper Room that people don't talk about, which is its sorted history before Mr. Depp's ownership. He says there was a guy, a silent partner & they used to keep his picture by the cashier, so if he came, he was taken...
care of. He says he had to be left on the operating of the business. He says something happened where Anthony Fox disappeared. He says people tried to implicate things; conspiracy theories arose, & there was so much backstory to that club, River Phoenix dying there.
Mr. Richman says he was just discussing this with Mr. Depp while he was with him during the trial. He says they were talking about Tom Petty opening night, the Black Crows & how someone every night got up to play in the first few months the Viper Room was open.
Mr. Richman says Kate Moss testifying at the trial was "so dope." He says she is a very private person & doesn't seek press.

Mr. Richman says Kate Moss wanted to testify because "dumba*s" Amber Heard went on the stand & threw her name out there. Mr. Depp, he says never...
asked Kate Moss to testify, he would never do that.

Mr. Richman says Kate Moss was infuriated when Amber Heard used her name in testimony & suggested Mr. Depp had been abusive toward her. He says, she didn't want her daughter thinking Mr. Depp threw her down the stairs.
Mr. Richman says Kate Moss was "p*ssed off." He says Amber Heard has herself to blame for Kate Moss wanting to testify.

Mr. Richman says Amber Heard claims she cannot afford an appeal yet was renting a "$30K" a month house the whole time the trial was taking place in Virginia.
Mr. Richman says "someone who makes rockets & cars" alluding to Elon Musk is paying for all this, right after he says he won't get into who the father of Amber Heard's daughter Oonaugh is.

Mr. Richman says, "appeals are much harder."
Mr. Richman says Johnny Depp's win in Virginia against Amber Heard was the second greatest thing in his life, to his own son's birth.

Amanda de Cadenet must be held accountable for her complicity in Amber Heard malicious false allegations hoax. She knew multiple times, starting with Amber Heard attending her birthday party 5/22/16, that she was lying about 5/21/16, yet she said nothing.
Amanda de Cadenet is a misandrist/4th-wave feminist and a proponent of the #MeToo movement. She willingly, knowingly was complicit in perpetuating Amber Heard malicious false allegation hoax for her own nefarious agenda, through #Girlgaze, which she founded and her podcast.
Amanda de Cadenet is a perpetrator of Amber Heard's malicious false allegations, and she is a coward. Scheduled to testify on behalf of Ms. Heard in the UK trial, she suddenly backed out of testifying after the first Audio recordings were released to the Daily Mail in 2020.

#HappyBirthdayJohnnyDepp

Thank you for always being the 'man in the arena.' For being the 'man in the arena' especially over the last six years. In your testimony, you stated that Ms. Heard's malicious false allegations would be part of your legacy, and while true in part,...
your greater legacy will be your determination to expose the truth of the severe abuse you endured in that relationship & your vindication. Out of the suffering, on your journey for truth, your vindication in Virginia, your monumental journey has given a voice to men. You...
have raised an awareness of the inequity's men face when they find themselves the victims of abuse and false allegations. You have shown the notion of "Believe Women" & the toxicity of the MeToo, Times, Up movements that helped perpetuate Ms. Heard's malicious lies and...

Johnny Depp's attorney Benjamin Chew via Law & Crime Network 6/8/22, talking about Amber Heard's attorney Elaine Bredehoft's comments.

I will be posting Mr. Chew's comments below for non-English speakers.
Benjamin Chew: It was a surprise. We knew when the court made the decision to have cameras in the courtroom that it would engender a lot of interest, but it seemed to build more and more, and we had to keep focused on our mission and trying to win the case.
Benjamin Chew: I was really disappointed to hear [Ms. Bredehoft's assertions in interviews] because she is a very good lawyer, very experienced, and it seemed to cast dispersions on the juror's integrity because, as you know they took an oath, not to watch social media and...

Johnny Depp's attorney Benjamin Chew via Law & Crime Network 6/8/22. This is yet another part of the interview.

I will be posting Mr. Chew's comments below for non-English speakers.
Benjamin Chew: There was an instance in which Ms. Heard did admit to punching Johnny and that is what we call the 'Staircase Incident,' but her explanation for that was that she had to punch Johnny, because she was convinced, that but for her punching Johnny, Johnny would...
have punched her sister Whitney down the stairs the same way she had heard that he had pushed Kate Moss down the stairs. I lost my composure for a moment and did a fist pump because I knew that was not true. But that then put a lot of pressure on us because we had to come up...

Johnny Depp's attorney Benjamin Chew via Law & Crime Network 6/8/22. This is another part of the interview.

I will be posting Mr. Chew's comments below for non-English speakers.
Benjamin Chew: We weren't complacent, but they kept showing the jury texts, well there were some ugly texts, but there were no texts in which there were no admissions of violence. They love the video of Johnny slamming cabinets, well that's no tantamount to hitting a human...
being. Hitting a human being and hitting a cabinet, you probably know someone that throws golf clubs or smash tennis rackets, that's a far cry from hitting a woman. And I think even that video itself, it was taken by Ms. Heard. What's the motive to do that, to show your...
