All of the journalists' were asked to give their statements at the police station. Exercising their right to remain silent, the journalists refused to give their statements to the police on the grounds that both the detention and the investigation are unlawful.
Journalists will be brought to the courthouse tomorrow at 08:00 am.

-68 students who stood trial in February appeared before the court for protesting against Melih Bulu, the former appointed rector of #BoğaziçiUniversity.
-407 people who were tried in 47 cases monitored in February, faced a total of 74 charges in 14 different categories.

Journalist @SedefKabas has been taken into police custody over her remarks on @tele1comtr. It is reported that she was taken from her home at 2 am for "insulting the president."
Her lawyer @av_ugurpoyraz has said that she is waiting for her statement to be taken at the police station and will be brought to the courthouse tomorrow after her statement. Turkey's media watchdog RTÜK had also announced that they launched an investigation on TELE1.
The Minister of Justice Abdülhamit Gül: "I condemn these shameless and ugly remarks targeting our President who's been elected by our people. These remarks born out of jealousy and hostility will get what they deserve before the people's conscience and justice."
