Now if you add Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson to the mix, you see where Liverpool's two main sources of creativity lie, and why the midfield is more industrious rather than creative.

Moving away from the midfield, the same stats for defenders only produces an interesting list. Liverpool and Chelsea dominating mostly, while Manchester City seem primed to sell their best statistical fullback.
