Cornell Oneal Young, DOB: 07/27/1986
Address history: St. Paul, possibly Mounds View

Wanted on at least 2 felony warrants for felon in possession of a firearm. Keep reading, he was granted a stayed sentence on a gun conviction.

 Young has 15 prior convictions including 7 felonies.
Prior CSC conviction involving a victim age 13-16.
Other convictions: stolen property, violate protection order, drugs, domestic assault x2, 5th degree assault, fail to register as a predatory offender, DWI x2, obstruction.
3/
 Young was convicted in June 2020 on felon in possession of a firearm.
Despite Young's predatory & violent history, his 60-mos prison sentence was stayed in a downward dispositional departure by RamseyCo Judge Joy D. Bartscher.
Because MN is totally serious about gun crime.

 We posted earlier today about Taliya Evans' brother, Talon Lee Evans, who was also bailed out by @MNFreedomFund in November after being charged with a violent robbery.

He went on to be charged with four more cases involving violent crimes.

Talon Lee Evans, 10/27/2001, Brooklyn Park.

IN CUSTODY since March on at least 8 cases charged w numerous felonies involving robbery, card fraud, auto theft, +++.

Three prior felony convictions - ALL STAYED.

In one case, Evans' sister, Taliyah Lonniesha Evans, DOB: 11/09/2002, snatched a purse from a woman in BP Target's parking lot. The victim grabbed onto the suspect vehicle driven by Talon Evans, which proceeded to drag her across the parking lot.

The victim required stitches.

Oh, SHOCKER...
At the time of his March arrest, Talon Lee Evans WAS OUT ON BAIL PROVIDED BY MINNESOTA FREEDOM FUND for a violent crime carjacking in November in Brooklyn Park.

Charges say he dragged a woman out of a vehicle & drove away while she hung on.
