.@HASCDemocrats started off adopting an en bloc package of amendments to the Tactical Air and Land Forces mark. They quickly moved on to adopt an en bloc package to Intel/Special ops. Now considering the Seapower mark.
HASC has flown through tactical air/land, intel/special ops, seapower, cyber, & now they're discussing a Speier amdt to expand contraceptive coverage for servicemembers.
Hopefully, we'll soon see the details of the en bloc packages adopted thus far on the Committee Repository.

HASC adopted the first en bloc package of amendments to the chairman's mark. They're now discussing Rep. Golden's amendment to increase the defense topline by $37 billion.

Adopted amdts pertain to @DIU_x, the nuclear sea-launched cruise missile, military climate change resilience, & importing Chinese goods to military bases/posts.

Stillllll no amendments to prevent an increase to the F-35 buy in FY23 or to protect funding for the #A10Wartog
Rep. Veasey just withdrew an amendment on the F-35, presumably to increase the buy for FY23 given his position on the JSF Caucus, but unclear. He cited a likely deal with Reps. Garamendi and Norcross to "work out differences" down the road...
